The home is a short walk to restaurants, including the Double Musky (voted #1 in AK), the town square & Girdwood Brewery! The home has a BBQ, and a record player with lots of classic vinyl! What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

Nestled in a forest of Mountain Hemlocks hundreds of years old, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 5-6 minute walk from the Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead providing the most direct and easy access to Chugach State Park. Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.

The unit comes complete with everything needed to cook full meals, relax after a day in the mountains, and get a wonderful night's sleep to wake up refreshed for more adventures!

Brand new build, 3 bedroom townhome with 2 living rooms, 2 decks and a hot tub! Set up to be your home away from home and mountain retreat. 16 pair boot drier for ski/hiking gear, 86 inch theater TV in basement, gas fire pit on rear deck, second living area on main level. This is our personal getaway so we've outfitted it with everything we like to have to enjoy our home away from home at Alyeska.
