It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing on the beach. Carriage House is a spacious property in the middle of a working farm. Separate kitchen and sitting area with private garden and use of a field. Trefronick Farm has a beef herd and sheep flock and we have a dairy farm next door milking channel island cows. 5 miles from nearest beach (Perranporth) & 5 miles from Truro. It is very close to the A30 making Penzance in the west, and the Eden Project to the East both just over 30 minutes. A well behaved dog is welcome.

Church House house near Perranporth

Beautiful restored church house. An old converted Sunday school to the neighbouring church, with a large open plan kitchen, living and dining areas upstairs which was formally the old schoolroom and 3 bedrooms downstairs. The house is located on a quiet country lane. And is easily accessible to a multitude beautiful beaches. Upon arrival we have a welcome pack full of local spots, best beaches, our favourite restaurants, health and wellness and surf breaks.

Pine Barn is one of the four holiday apartments within a large converted barn at Oakridge Farm, situated near the village of Goonhavern, just a little under 3 miles from Perranporth, 4 miles from Newquay and 6 miles from Truro.
