Vacation rentals with a patio in Ždrelac

The home is in a very quiet area, it is completely renovated, very well equipped and very clean. The sea view is stunning, it is at the end of the garden. Shops within walking or biking distance (provided free of charge). Blanka is caring, always available and offers good advice. We had a great stay.

everything is very clean and beautiful... a microwave is missing...but do the same.

Top location and quality/price ratio

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

What a fantastic host. Cannot say enough great things about Patricia. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We’d love to come back for a longer stay. One of us was feeling ill and needed medical attention, Patricia drove us to her personal doctor. WOW!! Beautiful yard and gardens with a great deck to eat, drink and relax on. Thanks again.

Bozidar is a great host, he really cared for guests, his apartment is in excellent condition, when we first stepped in, we were like… wow !!! It was so clean AND so private !!! In Zadar we need to rent a car, so we did, and his parking area is no problem…. Any way, we just love it because it was beautiful, clean and easy to move around with a car. Bozidar even gave us a free cherry bucket he picked it in his back yard. Thanks a lot. Hope to see you next time.

We did a two-night trip to Croatia with a couple of friends and the apartment was perfect for that. It's affordable and had everything that was necessary. The terrace is very nice and the kitchen also had everything we needed. When checking in, Kristina was nice, helpful and made things uncomplicated.

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the hot tub impressed us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall it was a really great trip!

Beautiful tiny house in Preko with a small garden and two terraces. You will enjoy it there. Highly recommended.

The house is in a very nice location, facing the sea and close to the village which includes several restaurants and mini market (2-minute walk). It is very comfortable, functional and has 2 mini gardens on each side of the house. Depending on the time, you can choose the one that suits you best! The hosting by Emil was very warm.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is a bit remote and wonderfully quiet – yet you can reach Zadar in just half an hour, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job – you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections for it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly – and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled with the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the barbecue, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's place. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed – a lovingly prepared sausage and cheese platter, bread and pastries as well as a filled refrigerator with drinks immediately made us feel welcome. The place was clean, very neat and well equipped. The pool in particular was a highlight - perfect for relaxing. Martin and his family were incredibly friendly, helpful and always pleasantly reserved. You can tell right away that they really care about the well-being of their guests. Thank you for the great time!

The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!
