A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Secure private parking for 2 cars is available at the back of the property (there is plenty of public parking space avaliable within 1 min of walk)

Relax and enjoy with your family or friends in this pleasant new accommodation. The villa has two separate accommodation units (fully furnished), so if you are with your friends, you can be apart and yet together. On the ground floor there is an apartment with one bedroom, and on the first floor there are two rooms apartment. Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (20.9-1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

Where everything is my way

If you are looking for complete tranquility with the chirping of birds and crickets, if you want to rest your body and soul with a view of the endless green forest, come and visit us. After beautiful sunsets, on hot, Mediterranean nights, you will be refreshed by the pleasant country air. If you want to cool off in the clean sea of Telašćica Nature Park, the nearest secluded beach is 2-3 minutes from the house. The house is equipped with a small kitchen and an outdoor grill.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
