Relax with your family in this cozy accommodation, located right on the sea. The first row to the sea provides a unique feeling of rest and contact with nature. The splendor of scents, sounds and colors that only one island can have. The house is new, built in 2024. Decorated in a pleasant Mediterranean style and richly equipped. Sea views are available from every bedroom. The distance to the shop and restaurant is 300 m. The island is well connected by ferry lines from Zadar and Biograd na moru, every hour.

Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (from 15.9 till 1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.
