Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Zaton

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! We really enjoyed our stay! The house is really fashionably furnished and has very good facilities in the kitchen, so you can really cook very well yourself. The pool and garden are also very nice and we could enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings very much. For families, I highly recommend this place!

I stayed for a week with my family. Husbands and two sons age 13 and 9. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. My children particularly enjoyed the garden activities. The football, volleyball/badminton, darts, table tennis and of course the lovely big pool. We enjoyed walking down the lane behind the house to look for snakes, lizards and wild tortoises. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking on the outside grill and watching the swallows in the evening. We found the house was well situated for visiting local beaches, Nin, Zadar, Zrmanja River canyon and the national parks. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is a bit remote and wonderfully quiet – yet you can reach Zadar in just half an hour, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job – you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections for it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly – and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled with the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the barbecue, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. We were 6th there and we lacked nothing. Downstairs there was a "sofa bed", which was also super comfortable. Everything was clean and as a little attention to welcome there was also a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The hosts were mega friendly. When we asked what to do in the area and also a little further away, we were informed of EVERYTHING within a very short time - of any activities, good restaurants, places to look at, etc . Further inquiries were answered within a very short time. The check-in and check-out could be individually coordinated. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely book again!

Beautiful Mediterranean-style country house and large property, right by the nature park. Perfect as a starting point for hikes, bike rides or to swim in the sea. Simply great!

It's a dream come true! The accommodation at Sanja's was perfect – very high quality, sparkling clean and with a fantastic view. The jacuzzi and the entire wellness area were well maintained and invited you to relax every day. Also outside on the terrace we could enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful view wonderfully. If you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be. Absolute recommendation!

Both Ivan as a host and his beautiful accommodations surpassed expectations in every way. The apartment is sophisticated and elegant, fancier than most hotels. Everything is pristine and Ivan has gone to great lengths to ensure that his guests want for nothing. He has thought of everything, and then gone the extra mile. His attention, swift responses and recommendations are also to be noted. Very friendly and helpful. This is by far one of the best airbnb's we have stayed at, and we would love to return one day.

The apartment was ok, it met our expectations. The biggest advantage was the terrace - a great place where we spent time after returning from the beach or excursions. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the fact that the apartment was located in the basement made it possible to relax from the summer heat. The apartment has only one bathroom, which was sometimes a challenge, but the outdoor shower made the hot weather - a great solution. The location is great - it is very close to the sea, and you have to walk to the beach with sand at the bottom only 5 min walk. There is a beach bar, two grocery stores, and a few restaurants where you can eat. This place is worth recommending! :)

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Martina's apartment was a great choice for our stay in Zadar. It's 2 min away from the sea and small beach and about 15 min easy drive to Zadar's old town. There are some restaurants walking distance and also small supermarket. Apartment is located on the groudnfloor of the big house. Martina and her family live upstairs and there are also some other apartments to rent on the top floor. But in this apartment you have a lot of privacy, as it is located in the back of the house. You also have your own tarrace there and small garden. The place is spacius and nicely decorated. Martina's family is super nice and very helpful. We will be back!

great place with a beautiful sea view, magical sunset with the terrace in front a little annoyed with the insulation because at night it was cold but otherwise very clean and well-equipped insect problem in the bathroom at the toilet but it's part of the charm of nature little noise from the highway but does not bother at all, downstairs the restaurant with a view of the sea too beautiful thanks for staying

Everything we wanted and imagined we got by staying in this beautiful cottage in a remote location. The only sounds are birds singing and the wind in the treetops. Kind Nataša welcomed us and instructed us in all the amenities that the cottage offers, and if someone doubts whether they could be in a place without electricity and water, we would just add that three nights were not enough for us to get bored of all that the "cottage does not have" (as described on the host's page), and why we actually chose it. Beautiful place for complete... thanks to the hosts. If there is an opportunity, we will come again without any doubt... D&D

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this cozy, beautifully renovated house that perfectly complemented the stunning landscape. The views were breathtaking, and we only wished we could have stayed longer! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making communication a breeze. The location was peaceful and private, with everything we needed provided in the house. Free parking was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay. Clean, Beautiful. Peaceful. Was greeted by the father with homemade snaps. The mother came with strawberry. So top hospitality. Beautiful made house. Nothing missing inside. So peaceful view directly into the mountains. Spa was working. Nice annex with fireplace for evening cooking. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. Maybe Tomislav (owner) you could get a few more candles (for additional romance) 😀
