Villa vacation rentals in Zaton

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We immediately felt at home and definitely want to come back. Our highlights were the pool with the pool toy, the jacuzzi overlooking the mountains, the dining table and the hanging chair outside.

We were extremely pleased with Ivan's place. Modern decor and equipped with everything you might need. The pool and the entire property are large and very well maintained. The hosts are very warm people and always available. ☺️

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has an en-suite bathroom, but you have to walk across the hallway. That's okay. On the ground floor is another double bedroom with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with the bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with a pool and outdoor kitchen is amazing. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very kind host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

A very nice house, everything very clean and well equipped. The pool was wonderfully pleasant and we enjoyed it very much. Iva is a super host who took care of our well-being, thanks again for the delicious cherries🍒. We highly recommend Iva's place.

We spent a wonderful week here as a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all furniture and appliances in great condition. The location is peaceful, with the beach just about a 10-minute walk away (15 if you're walking with little ones). The beach itself is very clean and not crowded. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and they also loved the trampoline. There's also a beautiful walking trail nearby, perfect for morning strolls. We would recommend renting a car during your stay, as grocery shopping and getting around without one can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great place for a family holiday!

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and received clear instructions, which made the stay pleasant from the beginning. Particularly noteworthy is the great pool area, which offered us many opportunities to spend time full of fun. The garden house with the well equipped kitchen was also a highlight. The house is spacious and offers a lot of space, which was particularly pleasant as we were a group of 9 people. The five toilets and three bathrooms were a big plus and made the stay very comfortable for everyone. Everything was very clean, and everything was really thought of – from A to Z everything was at our disposal. We had a great five days and can only recommend the place.

This house is beautiful,well equipped,lovely rural location but you can walk to a bar and 2 shops.luka even had 2 bikes for us to borrow .I took my 3 children their spouses and 3 grandchildren aged 7 months to nearly 4 years .we all loved it. Luka’s wife Ivona was so helpful.

We had a fantastic week using Marin's place as a base to explore the area. The property was superb and the kids loved the extras like the pool, hot-tub and games area. The shower is amazing! Marin was welcoming and communicative. This was a hidden gem in a tranquil and secluded area.

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

We had a lovely stay at Anita's house. The bedrooms are very nice and clean. You do need a car to go to the city or the beach. The town nearby does not have much. However, there is a good supermarket within walking distance of the house. We found the pool on the small side, but neat and clean. Bath towels were available. Very nice! Otherwise it was fine.

Our stay at this beautiful house was just fantastic! The house was spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished and offered everything we needed. The pool was an absolute highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The view of the mountains was breathtaking and provided a wonderful atmosphere. The beach was quickly accessible by bike, which we liked very much. The location of the house is ideal for those looking for peace and quiet but still want to be close to the beach and nature. This is the perfect place for a couples holiday as it’s in a great location, great views, the pool is perfect and the beach is only 5 minutes away. The hosts are the most friendly people and they make you feel right at home and are always available to help you with anything. They also gave us drinks by the pool which is a great touch. Would recommend to anyone

Marinko is very likeable and responded super quickly and helped us with the organization. The villa is superbly equipped, very nice with high-end amenities. We received a fruit basket and drinks in the fridge to welcome us. We felt very comfortable and would vacation there again at any time.

We can't speak highly enough of what was an amazing stay. The property is so full of charm with every requirement for a family holiday thought of - we instantly felt at home. The peaceful location is within walking distance of the most beautiful scenery, full of history and with excellent restaurants. The bakery around the corner was a daily visit for our kids. Sorry to have had to leave!! Thank you again Lada
