Apartment vacation rentals in Zaton

We had the great pleasure of spending time in this charming, intimate town. The apartment is located right on the water, with comfortable sun loungers available for guests, which is the perfect place to relax. The house is surrounded by beautiful greenery, which adds to the charm of the entire environment. The room itself was wonderful — spacious, very clean, and extremely cozy. However, it was the deck that stole our hearts, and we rested on it every day. We'd love to come back! The host was extremely friendly and outgoing, eager to talk to us on different topics, which made us feel at home. Warmly recommended and wish you all the best!

Blaženko took very good care of everything. The communication was easy and quick. The house very clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. There is a small path you can walk about 1.5 km to the next village, where there are some restaurant options. Otherwise we would recommend to have a car available. We would definitely come back.

Sandra was our best host during our 3-week stay in Croatia. She welcomed us with her kindness, her goodness, her smile and gave us plenty of tips for visiting the surrounding area. We were also entitled to a small gift upon arrival (drinks and fresh watermelon, cakes and candy for the children) Recommended without hesitation.

I had booked for 6 people but it was sufficient for 4 people it was not as equipped as expected there were many small things that were not so great otherwise it was very nice who Book 3 or 4 there for you, it is sufficient, but I was a little disappointed with the value for money

I spent a great month in this place. Tamara and Antonio were so warm, hospitable and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay in their apartment. The neighborhood was amazing, quiet and relaxing. Sandy beach 10min away from home. What else do you need? The apartment had everything what is needed- small kitchen, place to eat and work, very good internet connection, hot water, AC… The place is pet friendly, so my old Labrador could enjoy also. We really enjoyed our stay in Zadar. The apartment was just like in the presentation pictures, very modern and clean. Ivan, our host, was more than helpful and polite, giving us all the information we requested.

Marko’s place felt like home to us during our stay, pretty and clean, with all the amenities we’ve needed and beautiful sea view from the terrace. We’ve especially appreciated the calm surroundings and close proximity to our favourite beach in Privlaka. And also superb view of the stars at night! Moreover, Marko was a perfect host, easy to talk to and very friendly.

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. The terrace is a great spot for relaxing, with a large sun umbrella for when it gets too hot. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from all that Zadar has to offer. Ivan was always very quick to respond to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend Ivan’s place for a holiday.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

Everything was perfect.

Dino was a warm-hearted, friendly and responsive host, who helped to make our stay extra memorable. We enjoyed the nearby beach, well shaded balcony with sea view and a local evening/ night stroll along the waterfront to a nearby and tasty restaurant. The local addresses there may not necessarily run in sequential order, so we suggest entering "Apartments ANDI Punta Skala" into Google Maps for more accurate directions.

Nice apartment in a very quiet and peaceful location. Very close to supermarkets and only few minutes drive to the beach which is nice! The jacuzzi was definitely a plus! Very responsive host! Overall we had a lovely stay! Would recommend!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

We had a wonderful time in Kale. The place where we stayed was great – nice and clean, with spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view. The small town is within walking distance, but we rented a car to explore other parts of the island. Luckily, there was a parking spot right outside the apartment for the entire duration of our stay :) Also, there’s a big shop just across the street, which was very convenient.

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

We were 6 + a toddler. The villa was easy to find. Unfortunately, the person who was waiting for us on site only spoke Croatian. But with hands and feet, you could still communicate well. Check-in went smoothly. The villa was in pristine condition, we felt comfortable right away. There is a bathroom and an extra toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room, unfortunately the cool air does not reach the 3 bedrooms. That's why it was pretty warm at night. Upon request, we received a travel bed and a high chair. The location is a bit outside, but you know this in advance, so it was not a problem for us. Overall, everything was a 5/5

We were very happy with the apartment. Everything was there. In the area, many new houses are emerging, which we felt was questionable for the originality of the area and infrastructure for the future. But it does not diminish the high standard of the beautiful apartment and the friendliness of our hosts. A really quiet and original as well as sandy beach was nearby. Shopping as well. The pool in the evening sun on the terrace was a wonderful new experience and wellness from home. Thank you!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer
