Vacation rentals with a pool in Zaton

If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

The pool was worth every penny when the temperature was at 30 degrees or even just to wake you up in the morning

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is really fashionably furnished and has very good facilities in the kitchen, so you can really cook very well yourself. The pool and garden are also very nice and we could enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings very much. For families, I highly recommend this place!

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again immediately for a vacation.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in the villa! The place was exactly as described – if not even more beautiful. Everything was well maintained, stylishly furnished and perfectly equipped. The location was quiet and great for unwinding. A big thank you to our host—a real Superhost! The communication was uncomplicated, friendly and always helpful. You felt welcome from the first moment. We highly recommend this villa and the host – we couldn't have spent our Croatia vacation better. Glad to come back!

Very nicely furnished, super hospitable and helpful, there is nothing in the surrounding area, much can be reached in 10-15 min drive, house is very small (looks much larger in the pictures) and the sleeping options not very pleasant, information about the location was not correct

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

The place was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free lounging options. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was easily possible at any time. We will certainly be back!

We were received in a very friendly manner. The accommodation was super nice and the pool was a highlight that we liked to use. The outdoor kitchen was also great, cooking in the warm temperatures outside was very pleasant. Pool was cleaned daily. If we had a problem, we got a very quick response. The surroundings were quiet. A rental car is advantageous because the nearest shopping facilities are not right around the corner. In short: We felt very comfortable and definitely recommend the accommodation. Fabulous stay from start to finish. Greeted on arrival with a drink, a local map and lots of advice on where everything was. The pool a godsend in the heat, had it to ourselves most days. Local beaches, bars and restaurants. Quick trip across the water or Taxi to the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful host. Want to go back already!

Great place to stay to visit the Croatian coast. Preferably need a car if you want to get around to the national parks and cities but it's really centrally located so no long drives needed. If you're just into swimming, the beach is only a 5 minute walk away (and there's also the pool of course). Slavko and his wife also make delicious food to enjoy on the top-side terrace. Possibilities for boat trips, sight seeing, walking are endless. Really a place to recommend !

Everything about this property was exceptional. The views from the outdoor terrace and pool were breathtaking, creating an ideal setting for relaxation. Inside the property was spotless & fully equipped with cooking & cleaning facilities of the highest quality. The host Eva was great from start to finish and super responsive with any questions we had about the area, offering us recommendations for things to do and several restaurants which didn’t disappoint! The location is very peaceful and only a short 10-15 minute walk to the downtown where you are spoilt for choice with lovely restaurants, bars and shops. The is also a small grocery store within a 5 minute walk from the property and a supermarket which is just a 5 minute car journey. In summary, i simply cannot fault this property and would most definitely chose to stay here again in the not to distant future!

We had an amazing time here! The place was very clean, the rooms were cozy and every room had a private bathroom, which was great. In general, the place was even better than in the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment, which is important for longer stays. We also enjoyed the outside area with a grill, nice green space and a quite big, clean pool. The pool is also exposed to the sun, so the water always had a great temperature. The accommodation is within 5min walking distance to the beach, and in general the area is quite nice.

We had a great stay here. The house is lovely, spacious and well equipped both inside and outside. The location is peaceful and parking was available. The only challenge/feedback was we had to pay a €300 cash deposit which wasn’t clear when booking the property and not something I have ever had to do before with airbnb but the host was flexible to facilitate this

Really beautiful and brand new house. We loved staying there and it's just as great as the pictures. Very good facilities, it has everything you need. We will be happy to come back :)

A great house, very comfortable for 6, lovely pool. Large supermarket 5 mins walk and about 20 mins walk to the beach and town centre.

Loved our stay here. A peaceful location. Very spacious house, very clean and comfortable with lovely pool. The garage was good to have too. Great location for easily getting to lots of different places and also a really easy short distance to the airport. There are a couple of shops in the local village handy for getting food. Kristina was a lovely host, very welcoming and available for any questions. Would be really happy to stay here again :-)
