Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Zadar

We had a wonderful week at Antonija's place. She is a super nice, helpful hostess who was always available and gave us very good tips. The apartment is very cozy, clean and very well equipped. We felt comfortable right away. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the water. Sukosan is a charming village with beautiful promenade and great cafes, bars and restaurants, the shops are within walking distance. The location of the place is perfect for excursions to the national parks, Zadar, Sibenik and Nin. Check-in/out and communication were smooth. Thank you for the hospitality and the lovely stay! I really liked the accommodation! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness, coziness, and the terrace where you can just drink coffee, or wrap around. Benjamin was very welcoming to us, answered all our questions and was always happy to help. The apartment has everything you need for life. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quiet and just relax. The place is close to the sea, and the beach, close to the center, we were in a car, so it was easier for us, but also walking to the old town is about 15-20 minutes, which is not long There are shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a very nice sea view. I am very glad that we got into this apartment, because it is for sure the best option for exploring the city and Croatia in general

Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

We spent almost 6 days in Zadar at Slavica & Petar's place. The check-in was already very comfortable, as we landed late in the evening and a late self check-in was made possible. The apartment invites you to feel good with its cleanliness and beautiful furnishings. The residential area is right on the water and the old town is about a 25-minute walk away. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance nearby. There are two beaches in the immediate vicinity of the property. A slightly larger beach can be found by means of a longer walk or a cheap Uber ride near the old town (Kolovare beach). Communication was smooth at all times and was always friendly. A real recommendation if you want to vacation in Zadar!

Communication with Sandra was perfect, within minutes. The host couple was very friendly. The apartment was cozy, clean and the balcony was equipped with a table and 2 chairs. Fast WiFi and storage for our rented bikes was also available. Bakery and supermarkets were in the immediate vicinity. The beach was within walking distance as well as a nice cafe, where the sunset could be celebrated. We enjoyed the 2 weeks very much.

Very nice, newly equipped apartment in an absolutely central location of the old town with covered terrace and view into a beautiful garden with many Mediterranean plants. Nothing is missing. Also very suitable for self-catering.

Absolutely amazing stay, was worth the money! Right on the water just across the bridge from old town. Perfect place to stay for sight seeing, tours and exploring Zadar.

I would highly recommend this lovely place. It was very clean and walkable distance to the old town (restaurants, shops and entertainment). Bruno was a wonderful hostess. Very friendly, responsive and has a wealth of knowledge regarding his country.

The property is located in the old town of Zadar. Everything is within walking distance (sea, beach, supermarket) The mattresses are very comfortable. The highlight from my point of view is the roof terrace with a view.

The place was very nice, from the large roof terrace you have great views of the city and Mate and Martina were very friendly and helpful! The hot tub was already filled and preheated upon arrival, and there was also a welcome plate. So we felt completely comfortable.

The stay was the best thing during our trip to Zadar. It is situated in the perfect location close to the old town with a beautiful view from the windows. They had provided all necessary amenities and requirements in the apartment. It is very well equipped for most of your needs. If you are planning for book boat trips or Plitvice lake trips, the apartment is well located within walking distance to the pickup points. The proximity to the old town helps you to enjoy the night vibe of the town and safely walk back to the apartment. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Zadar. It is usually always booked, you are lucky if you get it.

Very clean, nice apartment. It’s a calm environment but very close to the “old city” with restaurants, shops and anything nice to see of Zadar. Would recommend!

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

Our absolutely favorite stay during a 2 week vacation in Croatia. We truly regret not staying longer. Neven’s location is breathtaking and worth booking. It’s exactly as advertised in a quiet and peaceful town on Dugi Otok. The village itself is quiet but has the essentials - including a market and several restaurants. The place was clean, well equipped, and easy to find. I would highly suggest visiting Dugi Otok, and staying here in Zman!!
