Do glavnog trga ima 100 metara te do muzeja Iluzija i muzeja stakla ima 50 metara. Smještaj je okružen raznim restoranima i spomenicima. U blizini su mjesta za zabavu i ducani . Izvrsno opremljena kuhinja sadrži perilicu posuđa, mikrovalnu pećnicu, aparat za kavu, toster i druge aparate. U kupatilu su gostima na raspolaganju ručnici, sušilo za kosu te potrebni higijenski pribor. U prostoru za druženje nalazi se TV ravnog ekrana. Prva plaža udaljena je tek 200 metara, prvi restoran 300 metara.
