All in all i am very satisfied with my stay the host is friendly the house was excellent apart from some minor things that require maintenance. Kilian accommodated for our newborn with a baby bed and he communicated well. Some points of interest that need attention for the host: 1. The button to turn on (leftmost) the dishwasher at times simply refused to respond. 2. The bolts of the staircase could do with some tightening. 3. The light on the outside porch was malfunctioning. 4. Something surged the power on group 14 i think the oven. If these were resolved this place would be amazing. Super clean, nice location, convenient house interesting layout. An inspiration to how i want my house to be. Despite the minor shortcomings i would totally recommend this venue. But for the price i paid i did not expect the minor inconveniences.

Really had a great stay, all 3 of us didn't want to leave. The view was extraordinary, lots to see around the cottage & nice people nearby. Everything in the cottage was great & were even surprised how beautiful it all was. Quick response from host for tips & advice. There was nothing disappointing. 15 minutes from villages where there was also a lot to do. This was a great experience & we look forward to coming again. Thank you !

House in great condition and very clean. Miriam thought of everything. I was impressed by the attention and attention to detail. very simple check-in and no noise from the neighbors. I will definitely extend until Friday

Although we were only in the accommodation for one night, we felt very comfortable. The location is very good, if we had more time, we would have also explored the beautiful area. The apartment has everything you need in terms of amenities. The check-in was very straightforward and flexible. In general, communication with Stephanie was very pleasant.

The apartment is clean, cozy and bright, you feel very well taken care of by Michael, he is easily accessible and always helpful, great host !

Fellbach is a lovely quiet neighbourhood where the neighbours talk to each other, where it is only a few minutes walk to garden plots where people from apartments can grow veggies and fruit. Train access is close and the trains are so reliable its unbelieveable. The house is lovely and bright and airy and the off street parking was a big plus. When we were there it was in the 30sC and humid and we could have used air-conditioning but apart from that and a minor maintenance issue it was an awesome stay. Stuttgart is a very vibrant and busy city and we especially enjoyed some of the surrounding towns.

A very quiet environment, good kitchen, comfortable couch, underfloor heating starts quickly, so it gets warm in the room quickly. The only issue was the water, it was mostly cold in the shower, sink and in the kitchen sink. In the shower,no matter how or how long you tried to set it, the water was either cold or extremely hot for a few seconds and then cold again.

All was good and clean, Benjamin even helped us by providing someone to clean the place everyday. Definitely not the last time to come to his apartment in Stuttgart! Thanks!

Perfect apartment for a short vacation to explore the area around LB, HN, SHA. Very friendly hostess, fully equipped apartment, super practical carport for car with bicycles, mini balcony to skillfully dry the bike laundry... and all this in a quiet yet central location, not far from the idyllic Murr. The apartment is superbly furnished - you have everything you need for a short or long stay. The surroundings offer many great opportunities for walks. Communication was totally easy and straightforward. I felt comfortable in the apartment:)

Summery.: - Extremely easy to find thanks to photos from the Host ,the home and the parking. - The apartment is extremely fresh during the summer , extremely comfortable, modern , and it's like new. - Kitchen is fully equipped, all in! 10/10! - Bedroom comfortable with lots of space and very nice feeling. - Bathroom, roomy , comfortable and in case that somebody has a knee injury or is a little bit week in the legs , or much older in age , he will.find the bathroom very easy to use. - Living room was comfortable with a tv (I didn't open it.) , I preferred to drink a hot tea outside in the seats from the Airbnb. - The real deal is the surroundings approximately 3 minutes from the home is a place that kids can play, very organized and looks extremely safe near to a very charming area full of green and a small Forest, Fields, etc (Great for hiking.) - Host was friendly and helpful & kind! Sad for only one thing.I wish that this was my home 🏠🏡! Great place , hope to come again!!

We booked the apartment for one night. The house and apartment have charm. The half-timbered house has a special atmosphere and is furnished with a lot of love. Although the apartment is on the 2nd floor and directly at an intersection, the city center is directly opposite. As ebikers, we were provided with an additional ring lock and even a cover for safe parking. You can't get more hospitality.

Unfortunately, we could only stay one night, but were very positively impressed by the small apartment. We would have liked to have spent more time there! Valeria is really super nice and just thinks of everything! We will definitely recommend this place. Thank you again to Valeria!

Very nice place, near the historic center of Stuttgart, a quiet area but with bars and cafes to sit and eat something, the apartment was very spacious and well equipped, I would definitely return! Thank you very much Rosi

We are always happy to stay in Gina's beautiful apartment when we come to Stuttgart. The apartment is cozy and very spacious, and everything you need is available. We also like the location, you can quickly reach the city center by subway. Gina is a great host, super nice and helpful. Always happy to come back!
