Staying at Nia's was very relaxing. We were even able to spontaneously enter the accommodation earlier. Everything was available for children, even toys and space for two strollers. Nia was always available, responded quickly to questions in advance and was also easy to contact on site. Thank you so much for the relaxing days. We will be happy to come back!

Unfortunately, we were only there for one night. But it was so beautiful that we would have liked to stay another night. Beautiful apartments with plenty of space and very clean and modern! The pool is totally beautiful! Everything you need; seating in the garden, kitchen appliances, bath towels, etc. were available. The on-site parking is also very convenient. Irina is very nice and helpful.

The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

We enjoyed the stay over a long weekend and made extensive use of the possibilities that the house offers: sauna overlooking nature, excellently equipped kitchen, even blankets for using the terrace on a sunny Saturday day. Living space and two bedrooms with big windows and beautiful views of the board roof. Feedback from the landlords was prompt - even on Sunday

A beautiful, old half-timbered house, stylishly restored and furnished, awaited us. Martin was a very accommodating and friendly host with tips for things to do nearby (restaurants, adventure playground, swimming spots on the surrounding lakes, etc.) The horses in the yard and the garden with playground equipment were of course a special highlight for our children. There was also plenty of space in the house and plenty of play and entertainment options. For us parents, local beer and wine specialties were waiting in the "minibar". So there was something for everyone. We'd love to come back anytime!

We stayed with a group of friends for a few days – and it was just great! The entire house was very clean, lovingly decorated and has a very special atmosphere with its unique wooden flair. The location directly on the water is fantastic and offers many opportunities for activities and excursions. A real highlight was the stiltsauna – an experience we will not soon forget! The host Michael was super friendly, very helpful and communication in advance as well as on site went absolutely smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. We had a magical weekend with the family and felt completely comfortable! The kitchen is better equipped than some private households, we absolutely lacked nothing. Above all, we want to highlight the equipment for the children and the space for eating together. All communication was straightforward and accommodating! We will be happy to come back!

The house has an amazing location. We really enjoyed the large garden and the Brenz next door. In addition, you can ride bicycles excellently in the area. Everything is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. The house is very well maintained and clean and we didn't miss anything. We had relaxing days and a nice vacation!

Marie rents a nice little apartment in the middle of the vineyards. Absolutely fantastic and quiet location. Communication was always smooth! :)

Martina's place in Ulm is absolutely great! It's in a perfect location, right in the middle of everything. There are plenty of shops around and many restaurants, bakeries, butchers and grocery shops. It's only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Danube where you can walk for hours on end. We also worked from the apartment with 2 laptops and the wifi is great. The apartment itself is super clean and spotless, it has got everything you need and more. Martina has really put thought into having guests staying in the apartment, so many things had a really nice touch to them. Martina is a great host, she is super friendly and always available and gives helpful tips. I can highly recommend Martina and her apartment if you stay in Ulm, I will be very happy to stay again!

Marvellous hosts who couldn't do enough for us. They welcomed us in person and gave us some wine and beer! They were always available to answer any questions and to make suggestions as to what we should do. We loved the position by the little Brook and the balcony was really nice to relax on after a long walk! We loved the area and will definitely try and return in the future.

This apartment is legendary! The design is really pleasing, and there are lots of small details that show the host’s care to make you feel welcome. We had a great time!

My stay at this apartment was just perfect! The apartment was not only super clean, but also excellently equipped. I especially liked the bathroom – it was modern, well-maintained and very welcoming. The entire amenities left nothing to be desired, from the kitchen to the cozy living room. The security measures also reassured me very much. You feel completely safe here. I immediately felt comfortable and highly recommend this place!

Everything as described in the listing, we were absolutely satisfied and would be happy to come back. Very clean, large, cozy, perfectly equipped apartment. Large closet wall in the bedroom with a lot of space, kitchen with a lot of crockery and all desirable utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fully automatic coffee maker (even a package of coffee was available, thank you!). Great view of the Neckar (Unfortunately, somewhat limited by fly screens on the windows, which is certainly an advantage in summer.) We were also able to use the beautiful meadow behind the house, directly on the Neckar (garden furniture available) . Despite being located directly on the main road of the village very quiet. The landlord Edward was on vacation, but reachable in writing. Easy check-in with his very friendly and helpful neighbor (lives on the floor above in the same house). She was accessible throughout and took care of everything immediately. You deserve our special thanks!
