Our vacation home has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa town of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

The self catering property has been lovingly restored, combining historical features with bright and modern new kitchen (fully equipped) and new bathroom with shower, has free wireless broadband, parking and a little private garden.

Sleeping in a wine barrel... An experience that is second to none! On a sleeping area of 2 m x 2 m and a separate bed in the curve in the lower area, berths 80 × 2.00 m, 3 people will find wonderful space. But also no problem for a family with 2 small children.

We have fulfilled a dream and the former milk house of the village (built in 1955) has been renovated, lovingly restored and furnished to a very high standard. In the small house there are 2 rooms with private bathroom/WC and separate entrance.
