The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The Davos village bus can be reached on foot in just 2 minutes and takes you directly to the ski resorts and to urban Davos (every 30 minutes, travel time about 15 minutes). In addition, Davos Laret with the idyllic Schwarzsee (less than 500 meters away) offers great swimming opportunities or you can hike directly from the apartment into an indescribably beautiful mountain landscape.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
