Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

This flat features a unique selection of vintage pieces, custom-designed furniture and art-works, curated and created by the owners themselves. Sprawled across three floors, the flat comfortably houses up to five people, and features a lovely two-tier terrace with a spectacular 360 degree view of Vienna and its historic rooftops. Quiet and idyllic, vibrant and homey, this centrally located gem is a rare find. Garage included!

The Blackriver Loft Vienna blends urban design with cozy comfort – ideal for anyone who wants to experience Vienna in style. Located between the city center and Schönbrunn Palace, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city while offering a peaceful retreat to unwind in the evening. Brass, steel, wood and plants give the light-flooded loft its unique character. Most of the interior was handcrafted in our own Vienna-based manufactory :)
