Relax with the whole family at this peaceful corner lot cottage on a canal off of the Weeki Wachee river with two sides of water only a short paddle to crystal clear water just North of hospital hole . And I’m super excited to let everyone know the seawall has just been completed looks amazing definitely has transformed our property. The next phase will be a dock so as of now no dock so if you like to bring a boat only people with power poles will be able to do so . No where to tie off yet .

Relax with the whole family at this Weekie Wachee/Springhill Heated pool home. 5 minutes from the crystal clear springs of Weekie Wachee state park and Buccaneer Bay that has spring fed beach with water slides , tiki bars and mermaid shows. It’s also located 10-15 minutes from Rodgers Park located on the river where you can swim, kayak with manatees and enjoy fun family time! Also 15 minutes away is Pine Island Beach Park and SunWest Beach Park for skiing, wake boarding and obstacle course.

Sleeps 7 a queen bed, twin over full, and a Queen sleeper sofa. Kayak rental, boat tour, snorkeling less than a mile away. House is 1.5 miles from rooftop dining, splash park, exercise equipment, playground. It's 10 miles from Weeki Wachee Mermaids, Buccaneer Bay. Less than 30 minutes from Busch Gardens/Adventure Island an hour and a half from Disney.

Perfect Getaway with amazing sunset views from the upstairs balcony and a floating dock on a canal perfect for kayaking and manatee sight seeing. This canal will also take you straight to the ocean. Close to many attractions like Weeki Wachee Springs, Outdoor trails, a Marina, Water Park, Hudson Beach and great seafood restaurants.
