Relax with the whole family at this peaceful corner lot cottage on a canal off of the Weeki Wachee river with two sides of water only a short paddle to crystal clear water just North of hospital hole . And I’m super excited to let everyone know the seawall has just been completed looks amazing definitely has transformed our property. The next phase will be a dock so as of now no dock so if you like to bring a boat only people with power poles will be able to do so . No where to tie off yet .

Welcome to our family friendly oasis in Hernando Beach, FL.The neighborhood surrounding this beautiful home is very quiet and everyone is very friendly. We love sitting on the spacious screened in porch enjoying the breeze blowing over the beautiful canal. The sunsets here are so gorgeous. We have a kitchen full of cooking utensils to make a home cooked meal. This home is also close to many wonderful restaurants right in Hernando Beach. There is a boat launch under 4 min from the house.

The covered patio area features comfortable seating with colorful cushions, offering a view of the private pool beyond a screened enclosure. Ceiling fans provide airflow to the space. Dining furniture is positioned nearby, enhancing the inviting area for outdoor relaxation.
