Vacation rentals with a patio in Weeki Wachee River

If you're looking for a beautiful Florida experience, I would definitely stay here. The pool and view were stunning and the unit was decorated with the elegance and style of Florida colors. The unit was pristine in cleanliness. The host responded to our concerns immediately. Highly recommended and I would stay again.

Dany and Gabrielle's place was a dream. They were super accommodating with my early check in. The place was immaculate and had a lot of nice homey touches. Its evident that a lot of thought and care went into the space. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend. Thanks you guys!

Tom and Tammy are really super hosts. Always responded quick to my questions. The area is fantastic. Walk to restaurants and the best one is Brian’s Place right next door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the music on weekends (don’t worry, it’s over by 9), and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of parking. Lots of shopping close by. Place has everything you need and is well equipped. Plenty of wildlife. Two majestic Eagles have a nest across the canal.

Great place! Very private! To my surprise I had a gift and snacks(including water and juice in the refrigerator)awaiting upon my arrival and I really can’t say enough about how friendly and attentive Aldo was during my stay. Description was very accurate and just what I needed for my stay. Thanks Aldo!

We absolutely loved this spot. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. One of the best aspects was the opportunity to use the stand-up paddle boards and the kayaks and the water views. The location was perfect. The wildlife amazing - we even saw Dolphins swim by as we were leaving. The accommodations inside - updated and clean. One of our favorite airbnbs to date. Highly recommend

Barbie and TJ were great hosts! Loved the condo. Beautiful.. safe and secure! Being on 1st floor was added bonus.. just walked right out door to deck and pool.. neighbors were friendly and helpful .. views were absolutely stunning! Got to see sunsets right from deck. Beautiful! ! Huge heated pool too! Liked the fact that we were in gated community with security! Very easy drive to stores too. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful host and beautiful place.

I will definitely stay at Alennis’s place again. Very convenient location to great restaurants and the interstate but away from busy roads. The place was clean and had everything that was needed. Alennis was very easy to communicate with by a quick text.

We had a wonderful, relaxing spring break vacation at Kelly and Dave’s place. Plenty of space and the kids loved the game room and closet hideout in the kids room. More than enough kayaks for our family of 4 and my Dad while visiting. The location was a short paddle to the clear river where we spent most of our time. Our kids loved the water mat, which is where they stayed swimming on and off of when we weren’t kayaking. It was very peaceful and the neighbors were so nice and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again!

Our stay here exceeded expectations. The house has everything you need and then some. There are small touches that made a huge impact, like having lots charging stations set up throughout the house and the launch ramp for the kayaks. You have everything you need to have a memorable getaway. We saw several manatee and the afternoons in the water was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time on our long weekend getaway to Weeki Wachee. The house was very clean and well appointed, everything we needed from extra blankets and towels to the fully stocked kitchen was there. It is located very near the Buccaneer Bay and an easy paddle to Hospital Hole. It was very comfortable and clean, plenty of room for 2 families and pets. The kids really enjoyed fishing from the deck and playing in the game room. Brianna was an excellent host. She was very responsive and provided us with plenty of recommendations. Honestly, besides paddling down the river, we never wanted to leave the house. This place is perfect for a fun family get away.

This is our 2nd visit and it's by far the best place to stay. Easy access to the main river and it's just a great house for all kinds of visits. Lori is a great host!

Orit was so accommodating and friendly. She even went out of her way to install a tv in the bedroom for us. The place was super clean with everything you would need. The whole house is very spacious and comfortable like home. The linens were clean, comfortable and not old and dingy. I would definitely come back to this airbnb any day. Highly recommend

This place was an absolute dream for my family and I , we never wanted to leave! Michelle was very friendly and responsive but didn’t show up or bother us at all during our stay! House is fully stocked with everything we needed for our 5 day stay! Kayaks were very nice and easy to use , complete with paddles and life jackets! We had an amazing manatee siting while paddling the canal the house is on! I would recommend this place to anyone, and we already plan on staying again next year!

Amazing place to stay on the springs! Super clean felt like home. Had everything you could need an more. Just pack your bag an your set. Very quiet an peaceful spot. Greeted by manatee at the dock as soon as we got there. Not a single complaint was perfect. Wish we would have stayed longer! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Great get a way spot! Nice private beach. Saltwater pool is wonderful. Lots of activities to do on the property and convenient location to do all the touristy things. The best part is the peace and quiet while on the property. Nice and calm stay.

Jim was a great Host. Meet me at the unit went over features of the unit made sure we knew where to find the Internet code, door lock code and how to reach him if we had any questions. Look forward to rent from Jim again.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

I had a good stay. Nice quiet place. I felt comfortable every night. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful property

We enjoyed our stay. The place is perfect for a getaway. We felt safe and relaxed the whole time. Everyone we we met around the place was very welcoming and friendly. We will be back and will always check to see if this place is open to stay.

This townhouse was an excellent find for a few nights stay to visit some relatives in Wesley Chapel! It very comfortably accommodated two adult couples, and it was great to have our own bathrooms. The outdoor patio has a great view of the golf course; it was shady in the morning for coffee, and a relaxing spot for end of day wine. The townhouse is comfortably furnished and very clean. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to the area.
