The Annex, Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a standard double bed (195cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The mainline train is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a fine dining restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. Adults only.

You have your own garden space, parking and many acres of quiet woodland to explore.

Fabulous base for lovely walks along the gorgeous Fowey River and up the valley to Restormel with easy access to the port of Fowey (short taxi ride or 10 minute drive) and the town of Bodmin, and on to the rest of Cornwall.

The Burrow is a snuggly little bolthole. Enjoy the fenced, enclosed garden with views across the fields. A short walk from the local pub. kitchen, lounge with woodburner (logs supplied). My place is close to explore all of Cornwall, good restaurants, beaches on either coast, the country side, cycle trails, walks,national trust property of Lanhydrock. Or just enjoy the cosy Shepherds hut , the view on the raised decked area or soaking in your hot tub.. My place is good for couples.
