2024 new apartment in Kressbronn on Lake Constance

In the village of Retterschen, only 1 km from Kressbronn and Lake Constance, our apartment is on the 3rd floor. One bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can accommodate up to 4 guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A dining table, the cozy couch and a TV make the room perfect for relaxing. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and hair dryer. Separate toilet. Large garden with playground, playhouse, rabbit enclosure...

Retro apartment plus construction trailer right on the lake

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Winter special (bookable from 3 nights) for a short or longer break, to enjoy the silence of the lake, visiting the Therme Lindau......... We rent our charming attic apartment, 52 m². It consists of kitchen/ living room/ bedroom/ bathroom and guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. Dishwasher. The spacious bathroom with corner bathtub and separate shower invites you to dream. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with lake and mountain views.

The bright 2.5 room apartment has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished in an ethno-retro style. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed with mattress (140•200). On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom, there is a spacious balcony with balcony furniture and partial mountain views.

Lieblingsplatz just off Lake Constance

Our completely new and lovingly furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen , a living/dining room with sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe. From all these rooms you can enjoy a beautiful view over our wonderful Lake Constance, which enchants in every weather mood. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, washbasin and toilet. Our covered loggia invites you to linger and enjoy the lake view.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

In the heart of Lindau, separate, private living area

The accommodation offers you a room, two beds, table, chairs, a closet, as well as a kettle, tea and more. The bathroom has a large sink and a walk-in shower. Shampoo and towels are of course available. The toilet, bathroom and room are together and are a separate unit just for you. A large glass front with glass doors opens up a view of the countryside. The excellent location is central, without traffic, quiet, bright and green.

Apartment with a nice terrace near the lake

My accommodation is located at our detached house in a quiet residential area very close to Lake Constance. The bus stop for the city bus to Lindau is a few minutes away. A nice foot/bike path goes to Wasserburg Dorf. The 1-bedroom apartment has a nice terrace, where you can also barbecue, and a small garden. Linens, towels and dish towels are included. The nearby, free Lindenhofbad with beach cafe is within walking distance.
