Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in an apartment building on the ground floor on the outskirts of Wasserburg on Lake Constance. The apartment has about 65 square meters (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom) for up to 4 people and has its own terrace. The baker, the Edeka, various inns and farm shops are located in the center about 10 minutes walk away. Likewise the train station and bus stop. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Casa Limone - Indiano, dream on the island of Lindau

In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side alley, just a few steps away from the lively Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom where you can also find a cot. The fold-out sofa (140cmx200cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers .

The bright 2.5 room apartment has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished in an ethno-retro style. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed with mattress (140•200). On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom, there is a spacious balcony with balcony furniture and partial mountain views.

My place is located at our family home in a quiet residential area very close to Lake Constance. The bus stop for the city bus to Lindau is a few minutes away. A nice footpath/bike path leads to Wasserburg village. The property has a nice terrace, where you can also barbecue, and a small garden. Linens, towels and dish towels are included. The nearby, free Lindenhofbad with beach cafe is within walking distance.
