Our open living/dining area with fitted kitchen, fireplace, smart TV in the living area & bedroom, audio, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating make the stay cozy and comfortable. Spacious bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower & window. From the living area you can access the approx. 20 square meter wooden terrace. The apartment is about 300 meters from the beach and the peninsula.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in an apartment building on the ground floor on the outskirts of Wasserburg on Lake Constance. The apartment has about 65 square meters (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom) for up to 4 people and has its own terrace. The baker, the Edeka, various inns and farm shops are located in the center about 10 minutes walk away. Likewise the train station and bus stop. A free parking space (labeled: parking space for Whg 2) is available in front of the house.
