Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

Up to 4 people can be accommodated here on about 75 m² of living space with a living-dining area and 2 bedrooms. From the living area you have direct access to the terrace and the garden with about 300 m² of property. Through the completely fenced property you can let your children play and the dog run freely. Behind the house flows directly the canal "Wasserlöse"

Our new apartment is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in the village of Neuenwalde and is centrally located. Distance to: Cuxhaven 30 km, Dorum-Neufeld 15 km, Bremerhaven 22 km. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and (sleeping) couch, two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A washing machine is available. A terrace with a small gas grill can be used.

The accommodation is on the 1st floor and has 74m². Due to its central location between Bremerhaven (25 km), Cuxhaven (16 km) and the proximity to the coast, e.g. Dorum Neufeld (9 km), the FeWo is the ideal starting point for all day trips.
