Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. Wir freuen uns euch in unserer kleinen Wohnung willkommen zu heißen! Die Wohnung umfasst ca. 45qm. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett (140x200). Weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten stehen mit dem Schlafsofa (180x200) im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung steht euch alleine zur Verfügung. Wir als Gastgeber wohnen im Haupthaus nebenan und stehen euch für Fragen persönlich oder per Telefon zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung.

Our new apartment is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in the village of Neuenwalde and is centrally located. Distance to: Cuxhaven 30 km, Dorum-Neufeld 15 km, Bremerhaven 22 km. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and (sleeping) couch, two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A washing machine is available. A terrace with a small gas grill can be used.

Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.
