The apartment is practical and furnished with a lot of love. The cozy living ambience as well as the very tastefully furnished and super well-kept courtyard with outdoor kitchen are made a feel-good oasis by the quiet location. In addition, Robert's mom is an absolutely lovely lady who surprised us with delicious cakes. The restaurant with a beer garden close by is also worth a visit. Everything was great for us.

The accommodation is cozily furnished, we felt very comfortable. The view is beautiful. It has everything you could need and is also clean. We especially liked the "room" in the garden, great for lingering. And very private.

Beautifully decorated accommodation with everything you could need...even welcome drinks, fruits from your own garden and rudimentary ingredients for cooking were available. The hostess is very friendly and was also able to give us many helpful tips for the stay. We would definitely come back!

We spent New Year's Eve as a group of 5 friends, a toddler and a dog in Berga-Wünschendorf to escape the chaos of the big city, find peace and spend a cozy time together. We could all this in Fynn's apartment! All three parties had their separate rooms, found, but we were able to cook together in the large kitchen, be together in the large living room or play in the garden. Especially with a toddler and dog a real advantage! With a cot and high chair, the apartment was perfectly prepared for this. The decor was not only super appealing, but also extensive, practical and modern (smart TV, induction stove, even washing machine fridge). The surroundings didn't give much in the season without snow, but that wasn't our goal either. There is a train running at the garden every 30 minutes, but you hardly hear it at all, and who was more of a faithful companion who stopped by from time to time. We will be back!

Bernhart is a really reliable and diligent host. His place feels very comfortable, is quite central in Schmölln and is very well equipped, I recommend heartily

The place looked like the pictures. I was welcomed super kindly by Patrick and felt comfortable right away. If I had any questions or needed help, he was quick and direct. It was a very nice stay there and I highly recommend the place😊.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The apartment was very lovingly furnished with many great little extras (coffee, sweets, etc.). Our two toddlers really liked the apartment & the great surroundings. You are right in nature and have many opportunities for excursions. Very clear recommendation!!

We had an amazing stay at Patrick’s place! Apartment is equipped with everthing that can be needed during the stay. We were welcomed with small treats, fresh fruits and snack for kids. We loved the place and the owners and will definitely come back. Thank you for a great stay.

The apartment is modern and tastefully decorated, the location to the city center is perfect. The only downside: The supermarket next door was supplied from 6 am, so our days started quite early…… The contact with Sebastian was great! Everything invites you to come back.

A large wonderful apartment in the middle of Karlsbad, very good also for resting in between! We had three bedrooms, two were under the roof with slopes. One of them could become a problem for really tall people! There were also two bathrooms, one of them has slopes, but it is very large. From the windows of the bedrooms you can see the park and a colonnade. Very quiet up there! In the kitchen, everything you could ever need was available, but since the gastronomy in Karlsbad is so good, we used it little. The living room is large and has beautiful high windows, a large couch and a large dining table. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. So it's a spacious apartment that I highly recommend! We had a nice week stay at Angelika's. Shops are nearby, the tram station is also just 5 minutes away. It's a nice, privates apartment with all sorts of kitchen equipment and toys for kids. We can only recommend a stay at Angelika's! 😊

If you want to switch off in nature and yet want to be in a city relatively quickly if necessary, then you are in good hands here. We had perfect weather and took beautiful excursions.
