We had a wonderful stay! I highly recommend it to everyone, nice, clean, modern, nicely located, uncomplicated communication ... everything is great!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped – everything you need. Communication with the host was friendly, clear and super fast. Check-in and check-out were extremely simple and straightforward. A big plus: directly opposite there is a large parking lot where there was always a free space. All around a great experience – absolute recommendation!

Mega place! Very easy check in, great location, great amenities. The apartment was very clean and modernly furnished. We will definitely be back. It was beautiful.

Cozy, compact room in a beautiful remote setting. The room has everything needed to stay overnight. With privacy and views over the garden. If you need more kitchen space, you will find it one floor down in the outdoor kitchen. Eckart was friendly and we felt welcome right away. Perfect for those looking for a place to sleep nearby or time in nature.

Everything was great, Lucia was very nice and personally on site when we arrived. The house is super quiet and everything was clean, the kitchen had great amenities and everything we needed was there. The only mini small flaw was probably that a bed squeaked from my girlfriend :D Otherwise everything is great, we will be happy to come back and can only recommend the accommodation.

The cottage is very quietly located on the outskirts of a village and ideal starting point for hiking in the surrounding area. You can hike directly into the mountains from the house. By car, many other interesting destinations in South Thuringia and North Franconia are also quickly accessible. Supermarket and butcher is in the village, discount stores and large supermarkets are a few minutes away by car. The house is a typical Thuringian forest house with small rooms and steep wooden stairs, freshly renovated and very well equipped. The largest room is a games room with lots of toys for the kids. The communication with the host works very well, Marcus responds very quickly and tries to meet any requests. We enjoyed it here. If we are in the area once again we will book the place again.

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic vacation home! The location is simply unbeatable – quiet, idyllic and with a fantastic view of the lake, which we enjoyed every day. The house itself is lovingly decorated, very well maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We had a wonderful stay in the little house on the meadow. Right from the first moment, we felt at home. The house is beautifully and cozy. Everything is designed with attention to the details. The furnishings are new and everything is very clean and well maintained. We were there with a small baby, and Katrin has a baby cot, bathtub and crawling blanket... already provided The garden invites you to linger for a long time. The area is very quiet and the neighbors are nice. Only 5 minutes from the train station. We will be happy to come back!!

A perfect place for a private getaway.

Very satisfied. The location and the garden were even better than the photos suggest, you are actually after 50 meters directly on the lake (if you walk through the adjacent campsite). The three of us got a little tight in the cabin, but that doesn't bother you in the summer.

The 1a vacation home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a 6-person family + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually lacks nothing - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils, everything for cooking, there is also a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, a fire bowl and wood are available to make bread and marshmallows if necessary. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the place - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything they can to make sure you have a wonderful time.

We can only recommend the accommodation. We have been there for the second time and it is still a great price/performance for the area. There's nothing missing here. The children liked to play with the existing toys and stuffed animals. Communication with Jan also went smoothly. Everything was great, 100% recommendation.

The location is also great: The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, at the same time the center is not far away and easily accessible. Perfect for exploring the city and surrounding area! Good apartment in the heart of the beautiful old town of Meissen. Easy arrival, perfect location and very good communication or flexibility on site did not ruin our short stay. :)

Sarah has a great apartment; great amenities with a large well-stocked kitchen, good shower & bathroom and very comfortable bed. Just two of us stayed there but it looks like it would be perfect for a family with kids as there was a lot of amenities for children. We were able to walk to some nearby castles and it was an easy drive to get to Dresden.

I spent several weeks in this apartment and felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything is modern, new and high quality – especially the kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The view and peaceful surroundings make the stay even more pleasant. I would particularly like to highlight the super nice landlord: He regularly inquired whether everything was okay and was always helpful. When I asked for an iron, I was quickly given a new iron and ironing board right outside the door – great! I absolutely loved it and can fully recommend the apartment. We'd love to come back anytime!

We had a great time in Plzen. We were comfortably accommodated and everything we needed was available. The location is very good, easily accessible even on foot to the city center. We received all the information to get to the accommodation comfortably and take over the apartment.
