All is within walking distance: supermarket 3', bus 4', station 7', restaurant 7', market 12'. In less than 15' you arrive on the beach through the pine forest. A cosy and tastefully furnished space.

The apartment overlooks the promenade, has a breathtaking view and is within the Carnival circuit, guaranteeing a front-row seat at the parade. It has two double suites, one with a walk-in closet, two bathrooms and a charming loft with armchairs. The living area consists of a kitchen, sofa, TV, and dining table for 6. The house has two terraces overlooking the Apuan Alps, the one on the roof is equipped with a table and barbecue. There is a washing machine and an outdoor sink.
