Vacation rentals with a pool in Velletri

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

A relaxing oasis in Nettuno - highly recommended! We had an amazing week in Nettuno, Italy, and this place is truly a gem for those looking for a relaxing vacation. The surroundings were incredibly beautiful, and the large, beautiful pool was a centerpiece for many nice days. Our host, Sarah, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was always available and made sure we had everything we needed. An added bonus was the beautiful house cat that came on daily visits - a welcome feature! A small minus was the location. We would have liked to have a rental car, as the road to shops, restaurants and the village itself was a bit risky to walk on without a sidewalk, and with cars driving fast. Uber was also not available, but fortunately the locals were incredibly helpful in arranging transportation for us. Despite this, we would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in quiet surroundings.

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!
