This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

We spent a few days in Rome and our stay was excellent. Andrea was extremely attentive all the time and helped us with transportation between the airport and the accommodation. The condo was extremely clean and cute. As for the neighborhood, we love it, it was a residential town full of cafes nearby and with easy access to tram, bus and subway, so it was very easy to get around the city quickly. We hope to get back!

We stayed a total of 5 nights and everything was perfect. We arrived at dawn and they came to greet us without any problems. Restaurant and transportation recommendations. Very friendly and caring hosts!

We had a great stay at the place! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and just like in the photos. There was really nothing to complain about. Be especially practical: along the street there is free parking, which is really worth gold in Rome. The bus connections to the center are very good – the stop is only a few minutes' walk away. The host also gave us great tips for restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which helped us find our way around quickly. Clear recommendation – we'd come back anytime!

I had a good experience at this place 😊 The house was impeccably clean, comfortable, very well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. The location is easily accessible by bus and subway and has a supermarket and McDonalds right in front. The host was very friendly and attentive from the beginning — always available to answer our questions and give useful recommendations. The location is in a more peripheral area of Rome, without the usual presence of tourists, which can be an advantage for those looking for a more local experience. However, this also means spending more time on public transport to get to the center and the main tourist spots. Overall, it was a good base for exploring Rome, with good value for money 👍🏼

The hosts are super nice and accommodating, they transported us from the station to the accommodation and also from the accommodation to the airport. They were very nice even with the language barrier.

The stay was great. Communication was very easy and every detail was known before ever stepping foot inside.

We stayed in the apartment for two months — from March to May. The apartment is bright, cozy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great Wi-Fi and a spacious terrace with sun loungers. The host is very friendly and responsive — he always replied quickly to any questions or requests. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and starting in May, it’s equipped with sunbeds and plenty of seaside cafés. Walking along the wide sandy beach to the city center became part of our daily routine. The city center offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, and supermarkets. The only downside of the apartment is the poor sound insulation between neighboring units. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

We loved our stay in Rome & Federico is an amazing host! He was super responsive and gave us the best recommendations of restaurants and local attractions for our short stay. The apartment was luxurious and in a prime location. Hope to be back soon!

Giulia’s place was a nice little gem where I had everything that I needed. I slept well and it was quiet and peaceful. As a female solo traveler I felt safe and it was in a good location. It’s a close walk to the train station but pack light or take an uber/ taxi if you have a lot of stuff since there are stairs to the apartment and in the walk to get to the apartment. I was pleasantly surprised with the town and location, so if you want a more laid back alternative to being right downtown in Rome, this is great. Also her parents are super lovely and supportive. Giulia is super responsive and takes pride in her space. I’d stay here again 🤗

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

Great place to stay and relax before a flight out of Rome. Monica and Andrea are very kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. 10 minutes to the airport. Beach front apartment with on street free parking. We have booked this apartment several times and highly recommend this property.

Lorenzo’s apartment in Fiumicino was beautiful and clean, the area was amazing. 3 minutes walk from bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the beach. And 8 minutes from the airport. Lorenzo was very easy to reach and very responsive. he helped us with an early check in, and even helped us arranging transportation to the airport the next day. The only regret was not staying longer in Fiumicino. In just one day we felt in-love with the area This places is 100% recommended.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
