The entire upper floor is a spacious combined living and dining room with an open kitchen with all appliances: the ideal space for all of our guest to spend time together or enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the terrace. In the alleys of the upper city, a stone's throw from the beautiful bay of Val d'Arche, a completely renovated traditional house with a Mediterranean and familiar flavor with a small quiet courtyard where you can have breakfast and dinner. The spacious kitchen is equipped with every comfort, the bright rooms overlook a laurel grove, ten minutes away there is the center, restaurants and lively clubs. Those who love to walk can reach other magnificent bays open at sunset in half an hour.

The Holiday House Lucija is located in the Kvarner Bay above Zavratnica in the Nature Park "Velebit" on the edge of the National Park Northern Velebit. New house built in 2018, 4 km from the sea, with stunning views of the islands of Rab, Pag, Losinj and Cres.

If you like peace and quiet, but at the same time you want to be close to the bars, supermarkets, the city center and beaches, then this location is perfect for you :) You will also have your own private parking place in front of the building so you don't have to be stressed about finding a free spot.

This is an old captain's house, located in a quiet part of the town, surrounded by a walled garden packed with plants, only 100m from the sea, 450m from town centre and 600m from the nearest beach. The house has a secured parking lot not more than 250m away. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the quiet neighborhood. My place is great for couples, friends and families (with kids).

There are no other buildings or roads nearby so you can only hear the birds singing and find the peace lost in everyday life. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and an additional bed, a room with a sofa bed, bathroom, spacious kitchen and dining area connected with terrace and covered grill/barbecue, private parking.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has a terrace overlooking the sea. It is equipped with a double bed and has a sofa bed. You have free parking next to the house, and a barbecue with a covered table that you share with other guests. There are several beaches nearby, from those for children to rocky beaches equipped with ladders to the sea. There's also a dog beach nearby. The distance of the beaches is 2 - 10 minutes walk.
