This is an old captain's house, located in a quiet part of the town, surrounded by a walled garden packed with plants, only 100m from the sea, 450m from town centre and 600m from the nearest beach. The house has a secured parking lot not more than 250m away. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the quiet neighborhood. My place is great for couples, friends and families (with kids).

The house is located upon the town with a beautiful view of the sea and islands, a 15-minute walk from both center and lovely beaches. There are 2 traditionally decorated bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with dining. There is a big garden and terraces. The house was built 1985, refurbished 2023. We offer our own parking, included in the price of your stay, located 50 meters from the house.

Apartment 2 is located on the 1st floor of a family house in the part Zagazinjine of the town of Mali Lošinj, the apartment is a 3 minute walk to the beach Bojčić and bay Sveti Martin ( other beaches is a 5 to 10 minute car ride), nearby there is a market, cafe bar, restaurants, children's playground and bicycle rental. To the city center and the Apoksionem museum takes 10 minutes walk.

The studio apartment is located in Valdarke Street, which is located between Mali and Veli Lošinj. The apartment is in a house with several apartments and is completely independent with its own private entrance. The house is surrounded by greenery and a garden and has secure parking in the shade. There is also a large barbecue with a covered table.
