Perched on steep rocks, 30m above the sea level, this idyllic studio is a perfect getaway for a much needed vacation. Surrounded by a vegetation reserve of Dubrava-Hanzine, it offers a luxurious experience - the sweeping views of the Pag Bay and the mountain range of Velebit, for one. This charming garden house is a guesthouse to captain's house built in 1851. It is in the centre of Mali Losinj, just 5 minutes from the old port and near many restaurants and activities and a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. You’ll love my place because of the Mediterranean style, hidden garden and peaceful and convenient location. My place is good for couples, friends, families with kids.

Apartment 2 is located on the 1st floor of a family house in the part Zagazinjine of the town of Mali Lošinj, the apartment is a 3 minute walk to the beach Bojčić and bay Sveti Martin ( other beaches is a 5 to 10 minute car ride), nearby there is a market, cafe bar, restaurants, children's playground and bicycle rental. To the city center and the Apoksionem museum takes 10 minutes walk.

It consists of one bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with a table and chairs, and a small library. The location is in the very center of Veli Lošinj, not far from the market and the beach.

The apartment is in a house with several apartments and is completely independent with its own private entrance. The house is surrounded by greenery and a garden and has secure parking in the shade.
