Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Facilities: a fan, an iron, a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, sat tv, radio -10 min to center of Mali Lošinj by walk -2 km to center of Veli Lošinj -beach 5 m

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

Our Sunset Oasis apartment is located in the small village of Prizna on the Kvarner Bay. The apartment is located on the first line of the Adriatic Sea. The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and furnished to a high standard. The 15 m² terrace  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a terrace table. The islands PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.

I rent a small but nice apartment, ideal for two people. The house is in the first row on the beach, has a large garden and the terrace of the apartment offers a great view of the sea. In the same house there are 2 other apartments that you can book on request. Necessary infrastructures such as supermarkets, ATM or restaurants are within walking distance. A tourist tax of €1.50/person/night will be added to the price of the overnight stay.
