The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. Our apartments are located in the Tulai holiday park. The building consists of 113 apartments. We have 10 apartments (all facing south) which we have completely renovated in recent years. The Duplex Superior apartments consisting of 1 living room and 1 bedroom were completely renovated in 2015. They are 100 m² in size and thus offer enough space for 4 people. Due to the tasteful furnishings, the apartments offer a homely atmosphere.

The house is located between the village square and church very central but absolutely quiet. The apartment on the upper floor is suitable for 4 people. Central heating is available.
