New, well-equipped studio apartment (31.5 m²) with magnificent south view in the middle ground floor of a detached house in Scuol in a quiet, sunny location for 2-3 people. Private parking, entrance, furnished seating with grill and shared use of the sunbathing lawn. Only about 80 m/2 minutes' walk to the mountain railways and about 250 m to the train station. Included are guest cards with free use of public transport as well as a daily ascent/descent with the mountain railways in summer/autumn!

A cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed adorned with decorative pillows. Soft linens are neatly arranged on the bed, while a small window allows natural light to enter, highlighting the rustic wooden wall accents.

The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The fireplace in the living area can also be heated with wood. In the large kitchen-living room with full amenities, 6 people can comfortably sit at the table. Great location! The house is close to adventure pool (Bogn Engadina), shopping, public transport, restaurants. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.
