New studio in the barn

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

At the foot of beautiful terraces, just a few minutes by car from the Basilica of Tirano and the Bernina Red Train station, Cà Merlo Deluxe is a Lombard guesthouse with bed and breakfast service located on the second floor of a large stone house.
