Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit top Ausstattungsniveau. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Ost- und Westterrasse bieten Sitzplätze für jede Tageszeit.

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und es war wieder alles perfekt. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht und der Ausblick in den Garten ist wunderschön.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home. The house is fantastic for a family and Roxana is an incredible host. she had arranged our public transport tickets that allowed us to catch the bus from the end of the street into Salzburg. She also surprised our 10 year old with balloons and decorations upon arrival for his 10th birthday. We loved our stay at Roxana's house, it was amazing.

Perfect location for our stay in Salzburg. Great house, nice and clean. Ray was very helpful with recommendations. Easy to get around on public transport from the house. We had a great time in Salzburg!

If you are looking for peace, quiet, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment, a feeling of home and the owner of the apartment who answers every question immediately, this is the place. Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

Wunderbares altes Haus, das zum Glück nicht zu Tode saniert ist. Sehr geräumig, schöner großer Garten und sehr freundliche Vermieter, die im Nachbarhaus wohnen und viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung parat haben. Die Küche ist für Menschen, die wirklich kochen wollen, etwas klein, dafür aber mit Kaffee, Tee und anderen Kleinigkeiten reichlich ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hätten gerne noch ein paar Tage an das verlängerte Wochenende angehängt.

Die Unterkunft war tiptop und wie auf den Fotos. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Von der Bundesstraße ist es nur ein kurzer Weg zur Unterkunft, die gut mit dem Navi (Google-Maps) zu erreichen ist. Ein Problem, das wir hatten, konnte zu unserer Zufriedenheit mit Hans in kürzerster Zeit gelöst werden.

War genau so wie auf den Fotos sehr freundliche Vermieter und sehr schöne Umgebung hat alles super gepasst

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

Franziska's guest apartment is delightful! We found everything we needed! We relished the coziness of the kitchen and great room, which were conducive to visiting, contemplation, yoga, and soothing window views. We valued the separate WC and lavatory. The entire apartment is comfortably spacious and functional, with ample hooks and storage nooks for things we like to bring. Surpassing the exceptional nature of the guest apartment is its responsive, caring, competent, and helpful owner, Franziska! She is friendly and engaging but not intrusive. Her sensitivity and professional knowledge of hospitality are evident in every detail. For us, her decorating and keen management of her guest apartment created a feeling of an inviting home away from home. We couldn't have been happier. We believe Franziska is an infinity Super Host, and we thank her for creating an environment conducive to our total relaxation and enjoyment. We have but one regret, two weeks wasn't an extended enough stay!

The apartment was beautiful. The views were great from everywhere in the home. The beds were the best I’ve slept on since being in Europe for over a year. The kitchen supplies for cooking were great and easy to use. The only drawback back was since we are not accustomed to how the TV and cable works we were never able to get it to turn on. But the WiFi was great so we just watched movies on our iPads. The apartment was pretty centrally located to where we wanted to go and there were lots of books and pamphlets on attractions in the area. I would only recommend the owners place an informational book or guide in the home for anyone not from Austria. Otherwise the apartment was amazing and worth it.

Wir verbrachten zu viert (4 Erwachsene) mit unserem kleinen Hund ein paar sehr schöne Tage bei Christian und seiner Frau. Nach einer sehr herzlichen Begrüßung durch die beiden und ihren eigenen Hund, zeigte uns Christian die sehr geräumige und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung im Erdgeschoß. Wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl, und unser kleiner Vierbeiner legte sich sofort in sein Bettchen vor dem Kachelofen. Er wurde während unseres Aufenthalts auch mit Leckerchen überrascht, die er liebend gerne gefressen hätte, aber wegen einer Erkrankung nicht darf. Man kann zu Fuß hinunter in den Ort gehen, hat heroben am Berg aber vollkommene Ruhe und einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Traunsee und die umliegenden Berge. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen Schafbauern, wo man Schafkäse, Topfen und Joghurt sowie Eier und Honig kaufen kann, und auch eine Bäckerei ist nicht weit. Christian hat außerdem viele Tipps, was man unternehmen kann. Ein Aufenthalt ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft war top, ich würde sogar sieben Sterne geben. Es war einfach super, es war einfach alles da was man braucht. Das Appartement ist sehr einladend und man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause, die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man wacht mit einem schönen Blick auf die Alpen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett.

een zeer proper, aangename woning. perfecte locatie en woning voor een familie vakantie met een grote groep. alles is tip top inorde. Robert is een zeer vriendelijke en beleefde host. we kregen meteen een warm en huiselijk gevoel bij aankomst. zeker een aanrader!

We enjoyed our stay at Roman’s place. It was conveniently situated between Salzburg and the lake region. Located in a quiet neighborhood and equipped with a relaxing pool and sunroom, it was perfect after a day of sightseeing. Roman was extremely helpful when we had a medical emergency. We can’t thank him enough for his concern and assistance that lead to a positive outcome. You’re in good hands if you stay here.

Wir hatten Anfang Mai 2025 einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Landhausvilla von Angela, Joy, Klaus und Tequila (dem Wachhund). Wir sind mit sechs Personen (Oma, Opa, Mama, Papa und unseren erwachsenen Söhnen), sowie unserem Familienhund Blixa angereist. Die Landhausvilla hat einen besonderen Charme, ist sehr hochwertig und vollständig ausgestattet und alle Räume sind supersauber vorbereitet gewesen. Alles was wir für unseren 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt benötigten, war vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. An den kälteren Abenden haben wir den gemütlichen Ofen angefeuert und z.B. auf dem großen TV im Wohnzimmer gemeinsam den ESC 2025 geschaut. Wir wurden von Joy mit einem österreichischen Schweinsbraten und Feuer im Kamin sowie im Ofen begrüßt ! Da sich nicht nur Tequila und Blixa gut verstanden haben, hat Joy uns drei Mal ein wunderbares Abendessen gezaubert. Das war wirklich toll ! Für uns das perfekte Ferienhaus und wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen !

We had a wonderful family stay at this apartment! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to other families traveling with pets!

Most appreciated the proactiveness and personal touches. As we arrived late ar 5pm on Saturday, Christina offerred and helped fill the fridge with our needed breakfast groceries for weekends (shops closed on Sunday). Also helped me buy a sachetorte birthday cake for one of our member. The Hosts surprised us with a birthday greeting card and small gift. Jurgen was on site to welcome and showed us facilities and equipment of the Villa. Gave helpful tips on excursions and best restaurants. We had best days of sightseeing and enjoyed the foods.

Wir hatten zu 9 einen klasse Aufenthalt in der Villa. Alles wie auf den Bildern, toller Pool und Garten und wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In liefen ebenfalls problemlos und einfach ab. Jederzeit wieder :)

Eine absolute Traumunterkunft!!! Das Haus von Anne ist einfach wunderschön und eignet sich ideal für einen Kurzurlaub im schönen Gmunden. Das Haus, welches Holz mit modernem Industrial-Design vereint, ist einfach unglaublich schön. Alles sehr neu eingerichtet und vom Haus, als auch von der Terasse, hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über den See und über Gmunden. Insbesondere für den Silvesterabend war dies unser Highlight. Die Ausstattung des Hauses übertrifft den Standard und ist sehr gehoben. Von der Feuerschale im Garten, über den schlüssellosen Eintritt, bis hin zu 3 wunderschönen Schlafzimmern und einer top modernen Küche - wirklich bis ins Detail top modern und hochqualitativ. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war herausragend - so bekamen wir proaktiv tolle Tipps für Schneeschuhwandern und anderen Ausflugszielen sowie Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren insgesamt 8 Personen und jeder hat sich wohl gefühlt. Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft. Alles top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und viel Platz. Können wir nur empfehlen. Danke für die Möglichkeit und alles Liebe. Benjamin
