WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Even the welcome by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying at a friends' place.

The place was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The furnishings were great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We traveled a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

We enjoyed being able to be on our own. The location was simply awesome and offered many opportunities for exploring. We would book again anytime, there is nothing comparable in the area. Simply a gem in every way!

We had a wonderful stay! Located in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to take advantage of many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable right from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

A beautiful, modern, superbly equipped house with everything you could need. The location is simply stunning and the local shops and amenities are all within 5 to 10 min drive. Ubersee train station is close by also and you can easily access Munich and Salzburg in around an hour. All in all it's had the ideal mix of peace and quiet to relax but with easy links to urban attractions and mountain landscapes . Highly recommend you book a week or two !

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

Absolute recommendation! The area of Maria's place is like paradise. The view, the tranquility, simply fabulous. The place is really nice and there was nothing we missed. Maria's hospitality is particularly noteworthy. She made us feel at home. At any time, she gave personal tips on hikes and local events. One could list much more here, but unfortunately the characters are not enough. The fresh hay milk and eggs directly from their own cow and chickens were also special. It was really wonderful! Thank you! ☺️

The place fully met our expectations! Super cozy, great cooking equipment, great balcony for breakfast, excellent location for excursions and hikes! Simone is a super communicative and likeable hostess! We received great tips for excursions and could always contact them when we had a question. We will be back!! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Christine and Reinhard's. The apartment was spacious, super clean and there was everything you could ever need for a few days of vacation. In addition, Christine and Reinhard are very nice hosts, totally uncomplicated and always friendly. I'm sure we'll be back :)

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt comfortable right away. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what else could you ask for. The snacks and delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

The stay with Johanna and her husband was wonderful. The two are two kind-hearted and likeable people. Definitely recommended.

We had a great time and would recommend the accommodation 100%. The view from the balcony is great, everything is super clean and Eva is very friendly and helpful. Supermarkets are within walking distance and we were able to hike directly from the front door into nature. Thank you!

Our stay at Despina's was incredibly pleasant! We received very clear instructions in advance about where to find the house, and how to get in. With a parking space in front of the door, ideal! We were on vacation with our 10-month-old baby and this place was perfect for this! Lots of peace and privacy, nice living and sleeping space, and also lots of coziness/supermarkets/gondels nearby. Despina was able to help us with tips for activities and other questions. Our baby started crawling here for the first time, a wonderful open space to practice so ;) While you can sit outside carefree. Repeatable and highly recommended! :)

We had a wonderful time in Ingrid and Jochen's beautiful, very quiet apartment. It is equipped with everything you need, has a large terrace and offers views of the countryside and mountains. Marquartstein is the ideal starting point for forays in the Chiemgau and hikes in the Chiemgau Alps, which you can even start on foot directly at the apartment. The chairlift to the Hochplatte is also within walking distance. Ingrid and Jochen are very nice and attentive hosts who also had a treat to welcome us and lots of tips for us. Unrestricted recommendation!

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, cereal and milk.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely want to visit here again. Thanks alot Cristina and Ernst :)

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted in a super friendly way and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. Rainer was always very quickly available for questions and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Everything was perfect! Even the sofa was very comfortable to sleep on with a good mattress. Kitchen super equipped. The terrace is very cozy. Elisabeth is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We would have liked to have spent more time here.

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
