The activechalets six.nine.eight is located at an altitude of 698 metres at the entrance to Reit im Winkl in front of the Kaiser Mountains, combining the freedom of flats with the possibility of activity and design in a new way. There is something for every active person in the modern fitness room. Afterwards, relax in the sauna and enjoy a round of digital board games on the Fun4Four display.

Vacation home for 1-7 people, 3 bedrooms, 100 m²

Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. With a lot of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created that is reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

Eine kleine Terrasse, auf die sowohl die Morgen- als auch die Abendsonne scheint, mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie Holzkohlengrill steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

Our refuge, embraced by majestic mountains, right on the lake and with its own house and lake access, lets you immerse yourself in a magical time. Winter magic in 15 minutes at the Steinplatte, a ski room. In summer: jump into the lake directly on the property before breakfast and then off to the mountains – whether on foot or by bike. Welcome to your personal paradise!

Our holiday home in Unterwössen accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large garden with beautiful mountain views. Start hiking or cycling towards Hochgern directly from the house or explore the nearby lakes. Afterwards, relax in the sauna and enjoy a cosy evening by the fireplace. Ideal for families, friends and holidays with your dog.

The Stierschneiderhof can accommodate up to 10 guests: With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with dining area and two balconies with mountain views. In the old barn with about 300 m², the outdoor living room with a cozy sofa awaits you, as well as games such as billiards, table tennis, foosball and darts. For younger children, we have a play area in the barn with a ball pool, slide, climbing wall, activity board and wooden toys.

With a lot of personal effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. The large balcony offers a perfect view of the Chiemgau mountains and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is suitable for families, couples and groups of up to 6 people.

Unterwössen - Stylish attic apartment with a dream view

Together with my brother Georg, I rent our spacious attic apartment in Chiemgau. It has an invitingly large living room with large panoramic glazing and stylish and high-quality furnishings. There are two cozy bedrooms with a sloping roof. With the window open, you can hear the stream flowing past the house. The large balcony with comfortable seating furniture offers a fantastic view of the Chiemgau Alps: a beautiful apartment - in summer and winter.

Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Achental/Chiemgau. Here you will find the perfect mix of modern & clean design as well as Bavarian coziness. With a living area of 57 square meters, an inviting home for up to 3 people and enough space for your vacation awaits you. The apartment offers a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

Fantastic location with a year-round heated hot tub and private sauna – pure relaxation included! On the furnished terrace, you can grill on the Weber charcoal grill while the kids play foosball. In the evening, a smart TV with home theater sound, a large balcony and a small veranda await for cozy hours. Baby travel cribs are available, and electric car drivers can conveniently charge at the Wallbox. Perfect for families & groups of friends!

Der Bereich verfügt auch über einen Fernseher und einen Schreibtisch mit einem gemütlichen Sessel für Gäste, die einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit der Firma oder ein gutes Buch genießen oder ein wenig Arbeit erledigen möchten.
