Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Entire house in the vacation region of Reit im Winkel

The apartment is close to Reit im Winkel and the Steinplatte ski resort (10 min.). The accommodation is simple but well-maintained, in a very nice quiet location. It is suitable for sports-loving guests, even with children, and offers a total of space for 11 guests (2 double beds, 5 single beds, 1 baby bed, 2 sofa beds). Cross-country skiing is right in front of the house. You have a wonderful panorama of the Rechenberg. Directly from the house there are beautiful summer and winter hiking trails.

Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. With a lot of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created that is reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

Wunderschöne moderne 62 Quadratmeter große Ferienwohnung im Herzen des malerischen Ortes Unterwössen. Modern ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle und Herd. Eine kleine Terrasse, auf die sowohl die Morgen- als auch die Abendsonne scheint, mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie Holzkohlengrill steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

Unterwössen - Stylish attic apartment with a dream view

Together with my brother Georg, I rent our spacious attic apartment in Chiemgau. It has an invitingly large living room with large panoramic glazing and stylish and high-quality furnishings. There are two cozy bedrooms with a sloping roof. With the window open, you can hear the stream flowing past the house. The large balcony with comfortable seating furniture offers a fantastic view of the Chiemgau Alps: a beautiful apartment - in summer and winter.

Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Achental/Chiemgau. Here you will find the perfect mix of modern & clean design as well as Bavarian coziness. With a living area of 57 square meters, an inviting home for up to 3 people and enough space for your vacation awaits you. The apartment offers a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

Unser "Schwalbennesterl" mit 50 m² bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, eine separate Küche, ein großzügiges Wohn- und Esszimmer, Badezimmer (plus Gäste-Toilette), einen Balkon mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Chiemsee und Berge. Relax with the whole family at this rural place at the foot of the Bavarian Alps. The apartment is designed for two adults and two children. The bathroom is integrated into the master bedroom and is only accessible through it. There is also an extra toilet. No pets allowed. On site, the tourist tax is still to be paid in cash.
