Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. With a lot of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created that is reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.
