Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Umbria

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Ostern war natürlich ein Risiko mit dem Wetter. Dann haben wir die Villa gefunden. Mit 33 Grad beheizten Pool - genau die Lösung. Großer wohn und Ess Bereich mit ebenso großzügigen Terrassen. Genügend liegen Handtücher alles prima. Nicht mit den Sportwagen kommen (die letzte Meile ist Schotterpiste und auf die Stufen zu den Schlafräumen einstellen. Dann die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen! Das Abendessen in der Ölmühle is sein Geld und den Weg wert. 11 Tage gingen zu schnell vorbei.

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

L'alloggio di Sara e Salvatore è un gioiello curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo tutte le piccole attenzioni riservate ai loro ospiti. La vista è incredibile e si gode di una tranquillità impagabile. Gli host sono disponibilissimi. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare prestissimo!

Giulio’s home is absolutely beautiful! We sat outside every morning and evening, and spent one day at the house and pool. The surroundings are so peaceful and truly embraces the beauty of the Italy countryside. We wish we could have stayed a month. There are also some great restaurants within just a few miles and a supermarket with good food options and essential items. We will absolutely stay here again if traveling to the Tuscany/Umbria area.

Wat een droomhuis op een droomlocatie! We werden met veel warmte en liefde ontvangen door de lieve mama van Lorenzo. Ze gaf ons een rondleiding in het prachtige huis. Het interieur is fantastisch mooi gedaan door haar, we hielden van elke centimeter. Binnen was het ook lekker fris. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. De ijskast zat vol met lekker eten en elke dag bracht ze verse gebakjes mee! We hebben nogal kunnen eten. Dat we hondjes bijhadden was geen enkel probleem, wat voor ons een hele geruststelling was. Het uitzicht aan het zwembad was werkelijk magisch. Er worden verschillende huisjes op het domein verhuurd, maar je hebt van niemand last. Er waren ook overal struiken en planten zodat je je privacy hebt. Heel het domein is met veel smaak aangekleed. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld, maar het is werkelijk een zeer groot zwembad. ‘s Avonds zie je overal vuurvliegjes en hoor je een uil. Je zit helemaal in de natuur en toch vlakbij alles. We kunnen het ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen!!

Do not hesitate to book this well cared for Villa. It’s just as shown in the pictures. We felt very much at home here at this slice of paradise. The Mom & Dad work VERY hard to make the place sparkle and make guests feel very much at home. Would LOVE to visit again and see Nonna & Nonno. Dinner with Nonna cooking is a must. Charming town and perfect place to use as home base for day trips. Can’t think of one negative comment. Perfect place, location, hosts & vacation spot 🇮🇹🍝🍕🍷❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Woche in der Villa Mammi. Das Gelände ist riesig und einfach perfekt, um mit Freunden Zeit zu verbringen – ob am Pool, beim Essen oder einfach nur zum Runterkommen. Die Gastgeber waren super sympathisch und immer zuverlässig erreichbar, wenn mal was war. Alles war sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Man merkt, dass sie sich wirklich Mühe geben. Wir haben uns mega wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Abbiamo passato una settimana indimenticabile nel bellissimo contesto di questa villa. Due famiglie, un bebè, un cane - tutti felici. La cucina è super attrezzata e abbiamo fatto dei barbecue alla toscana con fiorentine e salsiccia a bordo piscina - una meraviglia. In occasione delle nostre nozze d’argento la private chef Elena ci ha preparato un fantastico pranzo toscano sotto il pergolato della piscina - indimenticabile! Leonardo poi è stato estremamente accogliente e di aiuto dal primo contatto. È grazie a lui che abbiamo fatto veramente bella figura con la nostra famiglia americana. Grazie di cuore di tutto - Castiglion Fiorentino forever!!!

Andrea's property tucked into the beautiful hills on the Umbria countryside was truly incredible. The property had every amenity and many areas to soak up the sun and the views. It was probably the best BBQ view I've ever seen. The property was a bit further than we thought it was initially and you definitely need a car to get up the steep roads, but the quality of the host and the home made our stay unforgettable. This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

Beautiful house in beutiful country side with spectacular view. My family couldn't get enough of it and we started all mornings sitting on the veranda with our morning coffee looking at this beutiful view. We loved the pool and our grandchildren too. We will be back.

An amazing hideaway in the hills! Takes you into holiday mode & switching off in the beautiful setting surrounded by nature & incredible views. So glad we booked & would love to go back again. Paulo, and family, were so helpful, kind & responsive. The area whilst quiet is very welcoming to tourists & we met many friendly people who would always help us out on our way. The house itself is stunning & huge. The bathrooms are dated but they work fine & everything functions as it should so it really isn’t a problem so don’t be put off by that. The linens are incredible & the beds very comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Kitchen well equipped & house has an abundance of space and beautiful furniture to relax in, inside and out. Honestly the scenery outside was incredible & we spent every minute we could outside which is a shame only because the house was also beautiful. The pool was fabulous & it was hot enough that heating wasn’t needed.Didn’t use sauna or spa,needed longer! Miss it!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die gesamte Anlage ist einfach perfekt. Gaspare, Raquel und Cristoforo waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!!

Absolutely beautiful property with spectacular views. Wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday. Minutes from town to have morning cappuccino’s. Must visit the Pomaio winery which is a 10 min drive. Leonardo and Marta were so welcoming and taught us so much about their winery.

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

Ottima accoglienza, Matteo è gentile e attento. La casa è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio con un bellissimo salotto e una cucina spaziale. La sera nel giardino abbiamo visto tantissime lucciole un cosa mozzafiato. Posto super consigliato se volete passare qualche giorno lontano dal caos cittadino e immergervi nella natura.
