Stefano is a great host. He is very warm and friendly, his suggestions helped us a lot. House is in quiet place, but nearby all interesting cities. All recommendations!

Renata is amazing. We felt very welcome and our little son was even spoiled with a nice farewell gift. Lovely breakfast available and Renata fry a very good egg of eggs! She is happy to help with excursions and advice for the area. She also took us on farm visits to entertain our son. All in all, a really lovely stay where we could have easily spent several days.

Claudia’s home was absolutely wonderful and so was she! We stayed for 4 days— too short a time—and ended up spending much of our time at the house. Claudia had excellent recommendations for local food and activities (including homemade pasta at the local market, which we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen) and was always available to answer questions. The location is well situated— less than an hour from a variety of sights, from the frassasi caves to beaches and hillside towns scattered around Umbria and Marche. Wineries, olive groves, biking, hiking, etc. Plenty of activities to keep you busy, but our favorite thing was to enjoy the home, listen to the birds, and watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. We also loved being here in early/mid May, when temps can be a bit cool but tourist crowds are still small. Highly recommend.

Evaristo's beautiful cottage is nestled very near Assisi, but tucked away in nature just enough to make you feel at peace and on your own. We highly recommend this stay! The olive groves, trees, and open space are great for the soul. It is very quiet with stunning views, and the cottage felt very comfortable and clean. There was a downstairs apartment that was not booked, so we had the entire villa and garden/terrace to ourselves. The gardener did come each morning to water and maintain the grounds, but he was very friendly and unobtrusive. Evaristo is very clear about all of the rules of the house, including payment of the city tax and extra guest fees, but be sure to read all of these details before you book and arrive so that you are not surprised. We highly recommend this stay!!

We loved everything about this house. A very special place that felt like a home. It has a lot of character, and for us it was also very functional. Cooking in the kitchen and working with the beautiful view out the windows were highlights!

The stay was great. I felt really at home. As a suggestion, I would put a microwave in. Those of us who are not used to the gas fire, it's a little tricky to control the weather. I have to say something burned to me that cold and jumped the fire alarm. Something to be thanked, for safety. I let the host know right away and everything was in a fright. Despite the morning noise from the supermarket, I have no complaints and I appreciate everything there was for breakfast, etc. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Stella, made us feel so welcome – she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself was lovely, and the highlight for us (especially the children!) was the pool. It was perfectly maintained and cleaned daily, which made it a joy to use every day. The pool area could also be shut off when not used to keep the children safe. Stella also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, all of which served amazing food at very reasonable prices – a real bonus! We did manage to walk out to a few restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Tuscany. We would definitely love to return. Beautiful and charming house surrounded by the nature of the surrounding countryside, ideal for getting away from the routine and frenzy. Although we are sure that, for the amenities offered (swimming pool, barbecue, garden) it is even more exceptional in summer, we had a great time. Everything is as advertised. Enzo was very kind and flexible with check-in times. He welcomed us warmly and made himself completely available. A few insects visited us in the cottage, but it's more than normal given the location, it would have been strange otherwise. Overall, a great stay.

Simon's house and the views from it were amazing! The house was very nicely renovated and, since there were 3 of us staying, we appreciated having 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we prepared dinner there several times. We have stayed near Cagli before and so are familiar with the area, and the location of the house allowed us to easily take day trips to Urbino, Gubbio and up into the mountains all the way almost to the top of Monte Catria. We loved our stay at Simon's house and would happily return again the next time we are in the Cagli area.

Stefania’s apartment was absolutely stunning, the location is very peaceful and serene. The restaurant and food were incredible and the hosts truly are wonderful. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing and authentic Italian experience this is the place to come. It’s fantastic!

Being hosted in Nino's house was a great experience. We found everything you need to stay and the comforts you could look for while on vacation. The house was very clean and cared for in many details and also showed attention by also providing accessories dedicated to 4-legged friends. The kitchen is very well equipped. The directions were accurate and very useful were the suggestions provided by Nino. The photos exactly reflect the place we stayed and the outdoor spaces are very relaxing and absolutely to enjoy. We look forward to returning to the first opportunity

We loved our time at Casa del Sole and agreed it was hard to leave the peaceful and beautiful spot. It was just what we needed for a few days to unwind from a busy vacation. The house was cozy and comfortable and we found it very easy to feel at home. We made most meals in and the kitchen was well equipped. The outside spaces for relaxing and enjoying nature were outstanding. Thank you, Elisabetta and Sabrina! You were so easy to communicate with.

We were looking for a place to relax and feel at home and so it was. Rooms and clean, large and cozy common spaces. Andrea is a person you feel like you've always known, friendly and helpful. That his passion is music, there are no doubts and he manages to drag guests into his world between musical instruments and amazing records left available to everyone. A place I recommend!

Maria’s place was such a treat for a long weekend. There are many things to do outdoors and for us it was perfect to relax with the sound of nature 24/7. There are many kids activities in the house (toys, games, puzzles$ and the nature surrounding the house is fun to explore! Mini playground is also great just across the street. We enjoyed her hospitality and kindness. Maria was always responsive, helpful, and gave great restaurant and activities recommendations.

Fabio is a very kind and professional host. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the apartment is very nice, with spacious rooms. We'll be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need , excellent residence services and very friendly staff

we had an amazing time in piagaro,and Thomas gave so mutch information about the Village and a guide around when we arrived. that was really good. he was also a really interesting and reflected man. We had some really good conversations and I would love to come back to his place. I used the cafe every morning for the morning coffee just to take in the atmosphere in the village with the most lovely staff there . LOVELY 😃. truly a special stay for us. we wish them the very best 🥰 Morten with family

I've never found so many services offered in one place. Eliana was immediately available to provide us with a camping cot with all the essentials and a high chair for our one-and-a-half-year-old girl. The house is full of children's games and books that my baby immediately plundered! In the kitchen you have everything you need to make tea/herbal tea and pasta, while the bathroom is full of products for everyone! Eliana also recommended activities and restaurants nearby, super approved accommodation!

We stayed here over the Christmas holidays and enjoyed our stay, the large living and dining area is very cozy and the fireplace has created a wonderful winter atmosphere. The amenities of the bathrooms, the rooms and the kitchen are wonderful, modern and stylish. The house is ideal for larger groups, with no one having to give up a retreat. The location is very quiet and the view of the surrounding hills magnificent. At the same time, the house is strategically located and within an hour you will find great excursion destinations (Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Montepulciano...). Our host was always available and we were warmly welcomed. We will be happy to come back!
