Nestled on the border between Tuscany and Umbria it has been recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heat pump, and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Good WIFI. Patio equipment includes a table and 4 chairs (for guests!) and deck chairs plus an electric BBQ.

You will feel great in this freshly renovated accommodation. Suitable for family events and gatherings of friends. Only a few minutes aways from the charming medieval city of Citta della Pieve, yet in the lap of nature. The 5-hectare property has 400 olive trees, several generations of pine trees, flowers and all kinds of fruit trees. We also have five chickens that provide fresh eggs every day. Guests can admire the Tuscan hills from the windows and terraces. A truly Italian way of life.

Large apartment on the mezzanine floor of an old farmhouse, rustic and cozy. You'll have the entire property at your exclusive disposal. It is located in a very quiet residential area, a stone's throw from the Passignano lakefront and the main services. In the house, you will find every possible comfort. We have also thought of younger guests and four-legged friends. There are three comfortable bedrooms and in the living room a sofa bed for two. Super-equipped kitchen!
