By the famous lakeshore surrounded by nature and close to multiple known cities, including Perugia and Cortona. The host is a very friendly welcoming person and always responsive. A highly recommended place with a very special remarkable experience.

Sara and Salvatore's accommodation is a jewel with attention to the smallest details. We really appreciated all the little touches reserved for their guests. The view is amazing and you can enjoy priceless tranquility. Hosts are available. We hope to be able to return very soon!

Very quaint place, great pool.

We had a great week at Silvia's house. From the first moment, we really felt at home. The view from the house of the lake is beautiful and the sunsets are magical. The house itself is genuinely equipped with all comforts. The beds are wonderful, the bathrooms are perfect and the kitchen is very extensive. Furthermore, it is also noticeable that everything is really super clean and tidy. A lot of time and effort has been put into having everything perfect. The surroundings are of course magnificent. You have the beautiful lake in your backyard, but you are also in Tuscany. So there is plenty to see and do. Silvia is also a very nice and kind host. Communication is very pleasant and fast and she sends a very detailed explanation and tips before your arrival. And if there are any questions in between, she is immediately ready to help you. We hope to be returning one day.

The host was very friendly , prepared a delicious and pleasant dinner for sure we will remember our stay as a pleasant experience. The addition of breakfast may have complemented the lovely experience we had. Thank you so much Andrea.

Very nice house with a lake view, we had a good time. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable, but we were warned, even if it's fine for one night. If you book for 4, the two double bedrooms are also excellent for longer stays with comfortable beds.

Perfect stay! The house and garden outside are very well cared for and equipped with everything you need, a stay also suitable for those with a four-legged friend! Just 20 minutes from the source of the magnificent place to visit ! Absolutely recommend this place ! It was a wonderful stay!

The house and the area are incredibly beautiful! It's also nice that it's so quiet. We also enjoyed the wild boars that we could see in the distance. Everything is in the house to give you a great stay. It is regrettable that the shower curtain and the kitchen were really dirty. For the rest, everything was perfectly clean.

Great place! Matteo very kind explained to us by video how to get to the apartment. We enjoyed a lot the days we were there. The location is perfect, close to a square and a 5/10 min walk from the lake. Nice place to really rest. Recommended to visit the castle above the mountain.

Excellent property, attention to detail. Delightful accommodation, practical and comfortable, with direct view of the pool, large and well maintained. Maurizio is an available and very kind host. Strategic location on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, so that you can organize trips to villages in both regions. Very close to Lake Trasimeno, also worth visiting. RECOMMENDED

More than country-house you should call country-home because that's the effect you have when you stay there. The swimming pool is really large and very clean and essential when returning from the long visits of the wonderful villages that are around there. But even more than the pool, what we loved is the house itself, with a beautiful garden, a patio where you can dine and do many readings, all taken care of in many details and with great taste by the owner. Being a rustic countryside, the house was really cool even for a very hot week in August. Great location to visit both Umbria and Tuscany. We'll be back.

In a fictional medieval setting with the castle of Arronne rising behind us , the morning fog submitting us dramatically we lived moments of exceptional and unforgettable . With a point of stay the apartment we made excellent routes in the incredible nature riverside on the Nera River, we visited with long hikes on the mountain to Monteluko, Spoleto, the waterfalls of Marmore, Lake Piedi Loukos, Spelo and we left the room to go Assisi . Staying incredibly quiet with great restaurants coffee bars in the area . The owner was extremely polite explanatory present through phone contact at any time he was useful for issues regardless of the stay and the apartment but very important for the quality of our vacation and the ease of our transportation.

Such an amazing place ! Fernando's house is this beautiful stone typical Italian house you dream of. Inside is well curated and simple, the view is amazing and you can do hiking directly close by or go to the lake. Fernando is so nice and very discreet, but we adored also spending time with him

This place was everything we wanted and more. SO private (we were aline and no other guests in the big Vila next door). the view is just stunning- waking up to it every day, seeing it from the bedroom and drinking our coffee in this view was magical. arriving there is easy but the oast 5 min drive are in a bit more rocky road- fine for higher cars we arrived when it was fully dark and it was still.fine the pool is amazing we had everything we needed here and likes how it is surrounded by green and really isolated. the communication was easy thank you so.much! I wish we will come back!

The house itself is a gem in the heart of a charming landscape full of peace and beauty. But beyond that, Nurit helped us in an extraordinary way to make our stay there particularly successful. This is especially in light of our failure to rent a car. She was in touch, incredibly available and with golden advice throughout our stay!

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

Diederik and Martine are very pleasant hosts! No question is too much for them and you will reply very quickly The cottage is located in a nature reserve where it is quiet and quiet. If you would like to visit cafes or bars in the evening, you have to take the car because there is little to do in the immediate vicinity. However, you can drive up the mountain a little higher and eat something good at La Baita di Montarale. The Italian operators are perfectly friendly. Recommended! In the house, all comforts are available: gas fire,dishwasher,fridge with freezer compartment, shower,bath,bedding,even soap and shampoo! Outside you can use the BBQ, the cozy seating area and not to forget the swimming pool. Someone comes by for maintenance on a weekly basis. Nature reserve so also quite a few animals and pebble animals (insects). Every day we spotted scorpions (which also showed up indoors), which was a bit of a scare at first, but in the end they get used to it...they are innocent and helpful. We enjoyed at least our holiday at Casa Lavanda!!

We had a great time, the cottage is very nice and well maintained, with everything you need for both a short stay and longer stays. The location is extremely quiet, far from noise and traffic. However, it is easy to reach all the services you may need by car. Highly recommended for those who love animals and for those who own them, our dogs would have been very happy to stay there.

We stayed at the wonderful Fontanaro villa in the village of Paciano, and it was truly a soul-refreshing experience. Lucia is an incredibly caring host, and Pam, who looked after our stay, was a real treasure. She not only provided excellent recommendations on places to visit but also took care of reservations, ensuring we had nothing to worry about. This was not just an ordinary stay; it was a unique experience. We had the opportunity to participate in an olive oil tasting and a cooking class—both activities left an indelible impression. The villa we stayed in was not only stunningly beautiful but also boasted an impressive wine cellar with an extraordinary collection. Overall, our stay at Fontanaro villa exceeded all expectations. It was more than just accommodation—it was an experience we will never forget.

Everything starting from location, peacefulness, amenities etc - were just perfect. You do need a car to get arround. the house has all you might need, Andrea is very helpful host.
