Vacation rentals with beach access in Umbria

We had a wonderful weekend, the place is wonderful, the house is perfect, clean, tidy and the kitchen has everything you need. Having breakfast while looking at the lake is lovely!!! The owner is a very kind person, we had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Had a great stay here! We were able to check in early and was greeted by the owner with espresso and peach cake! Echo provided helpful translation when needed. We also received an invitation to the family's alpaca farm that night. The room itself was very clean and cutely appointed. We were only there for one night, but it had all the basics we needed with the exception of dish soap. The pool was a fabulous respite from the extreme heat - it's not a lap pool but plenty of room to swim around and relax. It is located an easy walk across the street to the lake. About a five minute walk to the grocery store. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the top of town. about a 20 minute walk from the train station. We ate at Ostteria le Scalette & had a great meal. We took a passagiatta through town after dinner & came across a marching jazz band that processed through town. All around a great trip to Castiglione Del Lago! Would highly recommend Residence Rainieri & the town and hope to be able to visit again!

Lovely home to stop at in Le Marche region for a visit. Great recommendations for the local wine tour and restaurants nearby. Beautiful view and plenty of space in the house. Would highly recommend!

the apartment is located on the main street of Marta, very close to the long lake. Very clean apartment in every room. Alessia is a great host, and makes guests feel immediately at ease. The house has everything you need, and I emphasize that I have rarely found in the various apartments where I have been a fire extinguisher and a blanket, this makes you understand how attentive you are to everything. Highly recommended to stay and be able to visit everything in the area. Thank you, and see you soon.

Enjoyed our stay! Exactly what we expected! Space was more than enough for the three of us. Pool was a bonus considering that we didn’t have many options when booking. The host greeted us when we arrived and show us the place and property. If we needed anything they were quick to respond and even helped out with laundry with a small fee. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

We stayed here as a little pit stop between going to a wedding and going to see Pompeii. It was perfect for what we needed. The town is very pretty and the hosts offers lots of lovely extras, pool and private access to the lake.

The apartment is characterized by impeccable cleanliness and excellent location, a stone's throw from the lakefront and the village of Bolsena. Communication with Maurizio was excellent.

Really nice place for our needs. Stefano and Marta made us feel comfortable: we were impeccably welcomed in an accommodation that was exactly what we expected. Lots of positive surprises. To recommend and keep in mind for the future... Five deserved stars!

Roberto’s place was truly beautiful on the lake. It was so serene and peaceful with natural beauty everywhere. We loved this place! Roberto gave us great restaurant suggestions and was always available for questions. It’s about a 7 minute drive to Bolsena which is equally picturesque. We would love to return.

Sabina’s parents, Patrizio and Patrizia were just lovely. They were so eager for us to enjoy our stay. The house had everything we needed and was nicely situated for visiting all the beautiful hill towns in the region. There were delicious sandwiches for us when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. I will say if you have any mobility issues the external stairs to the house could be a problem. We were fine with them but they might not be for everyone. Also there is no WiFi which could be a problem for some. All in all we were very happy with our stay. I’d love to go back .

It was just gorgeous! we enjoyed our holiday very much and look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful host, wonderful location, wonderful town.

I spent a weekend in this wonderful villa, a stone's throw from the beach of Lake Bolsena. The house is very recently renovated, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The attention to detail is immediately noticeable, the kitchen is fully equipped and brand new, I did not use the washing machine, but it was present. The sofa in the living room is extremely comfortable and can be opened to become a 2-seater island. The bed in my room was very comfortable and it was a pleasure to wake up in the morning and look out over the nature. The house does not have a private beach, but the lake shore is about 50 meters on foot from the entrance gate. The presence of deck chairs for sunbathing in the garden and the outdoor shower is very welcome! I had a great time and I'm sure I'll be back with friends. Gabriele was a very helpful host and ready for any suggestions. In short, I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the area!

The house is small but well maintained with everything you need. Especially the garden is great, providing shadow and a safe place to play for our 1 and 3 year old girls. On top of that, Valentina was very helpful and that contributed to a great stay.

We spent 2 nights in Bolsena, which we didn't know. We had a really good time, surprised by the town, with well-kept streets, full of flowers and small shops with crafts. We met kind people who were willing to provide information. Satisfied with the visit to the Monaldeschi castle, with a museum and small aquarium. The Basilica of Santa Cristina is also interesting. We had a great dinner in several restaurants. Casa Francesco is in a strategic location, you can walk to the various interesting points of Bolsena. The apartment is very nice, with modern and functional furniture. The garden is well-kept, with lots of flowers. Hosts are kind and helpful.

Apartment with large spaces. We stayed 2 nights in 4, they had a great time. Paolo, Floriana's son, always available and very kind. House also stocked with new coffee and soaps. Really great hospitality. Strategic if you want to sell the surroundings and stay by the lake.

The accommodation is very convenient to reach the main cities of Umbria as it is close to the highway. A 5-minute drive away you can reach the supermarkets and all the necessary amenities as the accommodation is located in a small village, very nice, absolutely quiet, out of the chaos of the cities. 100 m away is a small marina and the bike path that runs around the lake. The accommodation is very spacious, the wi-fi works well; Anna was very kind to accommodate some of our requests, quickly.

This is a lovely place with a stunning view. It is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need during your stay. There are many restaurants all around, as well as shops and a grocery store close by. The owners are very responsive and helpful and I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

Despite the holiday weekend, Francesco was very responsive and helpful in resolving some unforeseen events, which can always happen regardless of any guilt, which is much more than what you might want from a good host. That said, great value for the money in a quiet area, a stone's throw from Trasimeno and 20 minutes from Cortona.
