Die moderne Ferienwohnung liegt auf 1000müM im sonnigen Dorf Maladers, nur 10 Fahrminuten von der Kantonshauptstadt Chur entfernt. Der Stall des über 100-jährigen Bauernhauses wurde mit Liebe zum Detail umgebaut. Kombiniert mit modernen Materialien wie Beton und Glas erzählen die ursprünglichen Altholzelemente die Geschichte von früheren Zeiten und bietet eine ganz besonderes Ambiente. Umgeben von grünen Wiesen kannst du Dich nach einer Outdooraktivität in den Bündner Bergen entspannen.

Vom Holz befeuerten HotPot (nicht Whirlpool!) aus geniesst Du die Aussicht auf das Schanfigg und das Aroser Weisshorn (Gebühr Fr. 75.- pro Aufenthalt, s. weitere Angaben). In der heimeligen Wohnung findest du einen Holzspeicherofen, eine voll ausgestattete offene Küche, ein Wohn-Essraum mit einer gemütlichen Couch, 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.

4 1/2 Zimmer Ferienwohnung in Tschiertschen

Die Dachwohnung befindet sich in einem Walserhaus das 1847 gebaut wurde. 2019 wurde das ganze Haus komplett neu ausgebaut. Die Wohnung ist ein Bijou und befindet sich ca. 150 Meter von Talstation des Skigebiets Tschiertschen entfernt. Im Sommer ist Tschiertschen die perfekte Ausgangslage für schöne Wanderungen und tolle Biketouren. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Falls trotzdem etwas fehlen sollte, können Sie sich jederzeit bei uns melden.

Wir bieten Dir ein gemütliches Studio im Grünen, in einem ruhigen Quartier am Hang mit fantastischem Ausblick auf die älteste Stadt der Schweiz. Vom Bahnhof bis zu unserem Haus sind es 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss. Mit grossen Koffern empfehle ich, ein Taxi (CHF 15.00) zu nehmen. Unser Haus steht am Hang, es geht ziemlich aufwärts und hat viele Treppenstufen. Vom Haus zu Fuss in die Altstadt sind es 5 Minuten.

Tschiertschen in Graubünden ist unfassbar schön und idyllisch. Die Unterkunft liegt 5 Minuten fußläufig zur Sesselbahn und bietet ein traumhaftes Skigebiet mit blauen und roten Pistenabschnitten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und der Kontakt mit Luana war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame und angenehme Zeit bei Luana und Damian. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder:-)

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Eco Alpine Chalet! Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Beschreibung des Chalets war absolut treffend und hat uns sehr bei der Vorbereitung geholfen. Das Chalet ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man spürt sofort, dass hier viel Herzblut hineingesteckt wurde. Alles war super sauber und gemütlich – einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Die ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur macht den Aufenthalt zu einem echten Erholungsurlaub. Wir können das Eco Alpine Chalet wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!

Everything was clean, well organized and comfortable; the host was very agreeable and kind. You’ll find all the essentials in the kitchen: the fridge is roomy, there’s a full-sized oven to complement the long kitchen table, the light fixtures can be adjusted for working or relaxing. All the beds are comfy and there’s an extra small reading/TV area with comfortable seating that offers groups some space to spread out. Ample free parking (also with a gorgeous view) is a 1 minute walk from the house. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung. Zum Lift sind es ca. 1km was als Erwachsener in 10 min. zu Fuss machbar ist. Mit Kindern empfiehlt sich das Postauto, welches alle 30 min. fährt. Die Haltestelle ist ca. 100m vom Haus entfernt. Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage eingestellt werden. Für längere Aufenthalte ist die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung extrem praktisch. Die Betten sind bequem und die Küche tiptop ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Alberto war super unkompliziert und bei der Reaktionszeit war er schneller als ich selbst 😀. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder👍

Wie immer war die Zeit in Christians Wohnung wunderschön und ging viel zu schnell vorbei. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sie hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage direkt am Skilift und Migros ist super. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und äusserst sauber. Churwalden ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die traumhafte Natur - sei es für Ski fahren oder wandern - zu erkunden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Bijou, es hat alles was man braucht. Kurzer Fussweg zur Talstation und auch zum Dorfladen. Die Kommunikation mit Mya war sehr unkompliziert und herzlich. Gerne wieder.
