Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

The modern and comfortable studio with spectacular mountain views is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building in a central location in Arosa. With the bus stop, supermarket, as well as restaurants and bars right outside, you can directly enjoy village life. Despite the central location, the studio is quiet, and access to the ski and hiking area as well as bike trails is conveniently possible via the free local bus. Studio with a fold-out double bed and a sofa bed for a max. 4 people

The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. Surrounded by green meadows, you can relax after an outdoor activity in the Grisons mountains.

Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. The smaller bedroom has a sofa that is used as a comfortable double bed by children and adults.

The spacious 1.5 room apartment is in a perfect location at Hotel Schweizerhof in Lenzerheide. Due to its central location, everything is within walking distance. The free sports bus takes you to the mountain railways in 5 minutes. Due to the affiliation with Hotel Schweizerhof, the family pool, hot tub and steam bath can be used free of charge. This ensures perfect relaxation after an eventful day.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Apartment with roof terrace and garden

The spacious apartment with balcony is located on the third floor of the B&B and can accommodate up to 3 people. The fantastic roof terrace with mountain views conveys a pure holiday feeling. A homemade breakfast can also be booked directly on site (if the B&B is open). For bookings for 4-5 people, another bedroom with a king size bed can be rented next door (separate listing).

Vacation home "cozy"

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
