Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

The attic apartment is located in a Walser house that was built in 1847. In 2019, the whole house was completely renovated. The apartment is a gem and is located approx. 150 meters from the valley station of the Tschiertschen ski resort. In summer, Tschiertschen is the perfect starting point for beautiful hikes and great bike tours. The apartment is very well equipped. Gem on the ski slope

Relax in our Bijou directly on the ski and toboggan run above Tschiertschen. From the wood-fired hot pot (not a whirlpool!) you can enjoy the view of the Schanfigg and the Aroser Weisshorn (fee CHF 75 per stay, see further details). In the cozy apartment you will find a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped open kitchen, a living-dining room with a cozy couch, 2 bedrooms with one double bed each and a bathroom with bathtub.

The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Tschiertschen in Grisons is incredibly beautiful and idyllic. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk to the chairlift and offers a fantastic ski area with blue and red slopes. The place is very quiet and the contact with Luana was very friendly and helpful. We had a very relaxing and pleasant time with Luana and Damian. We will be back next year :-)

The modern Migros building features a striking wooden facade with a curved design. Large glass entrances allow natural light to enter. Surrounding the exterior are paved areas and landscaping, with a backdrop of rolling hills and trees, enhancing the urban yet natural environment.

As always, the time in Christian's apartment was beautiful and went by much too quickly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, it has everything you need. The location right by the ski lift and Migros is great. The apartment is very spacious and extremely clean. Churwalden is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful nature - whether for skiing or hiking. We will be happy to come back!

Susan’s apartment is cozy and warm. The balcony is spacious and comfortable, and the whole place has a homey, relaxing feel. It’s very conveniently located — close to both the train station and a supermarket. The only minor downside is that there isn’t a washing machine inside the apartment — it’s located in a shared area in the basement, which is a bit less convenient. Susan is a wonderful host, and I’d definitely recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting Chur.
