Falls Sie die Sonne geniessen möchten, können Sie nur vor die Türe gehen und sind direkt am See. Oder vielleicht zieht es Sie in die Berge, dann ab auf die Piste, die Gondelbahn ist in 300 Metern einfach zu Fuss erreichbar. Übrigens können Sie ohne Probleme mit dem Zug anreisen und sind in 250 Metern beim Penthouse.

This fabulous place at 1300 meters above sea in the Surselva Region of Graubünden province, above the Town Ilanz, was well-known to me, for my parents owned an old farmhouse until the 1980ies here. The Spiral shaped chalet has the form of a band, changing from concrete in the base to wooden shingles upwards. The house is designed to connect us to the landscape we love. You will heat with chopped wood.

Zeer mooi groot appartement met twee slaapkamers. Heerlijke locatie om te skiën in de winter of te zwemmen in het meer in de zomer. Het appartement ligt op 5 min lopen van de skilift. Het appartement heeft mooi uitzicht op het meer, de haven en bergen. Al met al een unieke plek op het park en in Zwitserland! Linnengoed en handdoeken zijn inclusief! Kinderbedje en -stoel zijn aanwezig. Ik verhuur mijn eigen appartement zelf en ben nergens bij aangesloten.
