Trin is idyllic and quiet and yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/bike and climbing area on mountain lakes and world heritage (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is a 15-minute drive.

Great views over Flims at the Laax Ski Arena

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with balcony with a great view from Crap Sogn Gion to the Bonaduz Alps. Through the bedroom window you can see the Crap Sogn Gion, even lying down from the bed. For relaxation there is a steam shower in the private bathroom The apartment is for a maximum of 3 people A fireplace with wood for firing once or twice is available. If you go up to the Reformed Church with the skis you are almost on our doorstep from the slopes. Ski bus from Bergbahnen(Plauncas)

Unsere gemütliche und private Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch am Dorfrand und bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Bushaltestelle mit Verbindungen zu den Skipisten von Flims/Laax in die eine und nach Chur in die andere Richtung, ist nur 2 bis 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Holz, grossen Fenstern und natürlichen Materialien, die eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen.

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Beautiful and cozy apartment on the top floor right on the ski slope. Fantastic mountain and village views. Spacious living room with fireplace and dining table. New kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms (8 beds) and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have one double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. Two bathrooms with a shower cubicle and the third has a large bathtub. Ski room and laundry area for common use in the house. 2 parking spaces in the garage.
