Wadebridge town is just 10 minutes by foot and the Cornish coast (Rock, Polzeath, Padstow, Port Isaac) only 15 mins by car. With an outside tap to rinse off, our annexe is ideal for cyclists, surfer’s, walkers or windsurfers. Relax on the private patio after a hard day sightseeing. Pets & infants welcome.

The Old Dairy

You will not fail to relax in this lovely quiet hamlet. We are located on the edge of the beautiful town of Wadebridge which is a mere 15 minute walk from your accommodation. We are also close to the famous Camel Trail which leads to either Padstow/Bodmin/Poleys Bridge by bike or on foot so do feel free to bring your bikes! There are some very accessible footpaths across some beautiful countryside right on our doorstep. Most importantly there are great restaurants, cafes and pubs not far away.

With easy access to the North Cornish Coast and Camel Estuary you will never be short of something to do.

The Apple at the Orchard is a unique, self contained timber framed building on the outskirts of Wadebridge, Cornwall. The Apple sits in the gardens of Jon and Lucy’s house, The Orchard. It has one bedroom, an open plan living room / kitchen with a double sofa bed for 2 additional guests, if needed. Cot available on request. Chapel Amble Lodge is a newly built cabin set in the secluded garden of our family home. The lodge has its own access and front door along with small kitchenette and sitting area. The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.

Located adjacent to a stream, Birdsong is a place to connect with nature. Across the stream is a flood plain and view towards woods which attract an abundance of birdlife. Steps at the edge of our garden lead down to Birdsong & a secluded courtyard with fire pit. It truly is the perfect escape from it all which seems hard to believe when, only a stroll away, you’ll find grocery shops, restaurants, pubs and ever popular Camel Trail and bike hire to cycle to Padstow or inland.
